We had a wonderful stay at Han Deluxe Hotel the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from the Wi-Fi was extremely fast and reliable, which was a big plus the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! xxx

Perfect Holiday experience
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Han Deluxe Hotel & Suites. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was perfect. The breakfast and food were also delicious. We would definitely come back again!

Bien juste pour dormir ou passer sa journée sur le transat!

La chambre est grande avec une belle salle d'eau(suite sous les toit)
l'accueil de l’établissement est propre et grand
les espaces verts sont entretenu
la piscine est belle est entretenu
le personnel au petit dejeuné est poli et serviable

Cons:

le petit déjeuné est trop basic et ne ressemble pas aux photos affiché sur booking.
On vous apporte une assiette avec un peu de tout mais ce n'est pas ce que l'on attendait.
Le bureau du 'patron' dans la salle de déjeuner et son attitude dérangeante.
aucune place de parking privé ou même dans la rue pour votre véhicule, il faut se garer loin.
La coupure de courant très longue qui coupe aussi l'arrivée en eau du coup plus de sanitaire!
L'établissement est propre et bien placé en ville mais c'est beaucoup trop cher payé, booking devrait mieux sélectionner et vérifier!
Nous faire payer les bouteilles d'eau dans le réfrigérateur!!!

The breakfast was awful (same thing everyday); they did not give us any room essentials like soap and a kettle; lastly one of the male staff at breakfast was inappropriate with the guests.

A great place, but beware the stairs!
Pros:

The hotel is clean and the rooms are large, with the family suite being perfect for myself husband and teenage daughter. The staff at the English Restaurant attached to the hotel are absolutely exceptional, so kind and accommodating. Pool area is beautifully kept and the bar is well run by again exceptionally kind people Ebbo and Gizzy. Breakfast is basic but quite nice. Location is excellent if you want convenience, but could be a little noisy for some tastes. Didn’t bother us we liked the location and already knew where it was as we have been regular users of the restaurant for years.

Cons:

I booked a family suite as it offered two seperate bedroom in one unit, as it provides privacy but my teenager still likes to be with us. My husband has some mobility issues following a stroke 3 years ago but can manage well maintained stairs with a handrail. I emailed ahead to check there was a handrail and was assured there was. However the room was up two flights of winding stairs and the ‘handrail’ was a very loosely fitted wobbly rail fitted to the inside of the turn, thus forcing you to the narrowest part of the step if you need to hold it. My husband took a bad fall bruising his ribs on the first day and regularly took skin off his calf trying to navigate the small area of tread he could reach. The photo attached isafter several days of practice finding how to place his feet! The receptionist was mortified we had this room when he saw the challenges, but had no other available other than a basement room that still had the same issue with steps! The problem could have so easily been sorted by just fixing a rail securely to the wall on the outer side of the staircase. I hope the owners see this and fix it as it’s not even an expensive fix and could provide much more safety whether you have a disability or not!
