Stanza pulita e grande.

Cons:

Sono mancate alcune attenzioni nella stanza (abbiamo dovuto richiedere che la macchinetta del caffè fosse sostituita, e nella suite ritz mi aspetto anche un servizio più presente).

Great stay and value
Pros:

The Ritz Chengdu is a beautiful property with a great view. The location was good. Luca was so helpful and went above & beyond to provide amazing recommendations. He was the highlight of our stay and very helpful especially for an English speaker. Great value for a Ritz property. Big gym with all equipment and stretch machines. My husband enjoyed the 5 free meals at the club.

Cons:

The rest of hotel staff didn’t speak the best English but everyone tried. Spa was busy on women side.

Loved our stay in Chengdu
Pros:

What I absolutely loved was Diptique cosmetics.
The location was ok, it was not great but I knew what I was booking.
The staff was wonderful. I must mention the lady who was in charge if our room. She saw i had emoty cups of takeout tea in the room and that i made some tea in the room so she left a note and extra tea.
Also, the staff at the pool/spa part od the hotel was really polite and ready to help.
Breakfast was very very good, with lots of options for different types of guests.

Cons:

Absulotely nothing. All good.

An absolutely outstanding experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu. Beautiful and luxurious hotel, impeccable cleanliness, excellent location and truly exceptional service. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had – highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we only had a short stay at the Ritz-Carlton; the décor, drinks, and coffee were excellent. It was a shame we couldn't enjoy the fantastic buffet due to a lack of time. The staff are friendly. I would like to extend a very special thank you to Edison, the bellboy on the first floor. He was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English; he explained everything to us and was extremely helpful—assisting us with the reservation for Panda Park and providing ongoing support throughout our stay. The company is lucky to have such an employee. We would definitely come back.
