Pros:

The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Sometimes the elevator takes awhile as there are only two available but the overall experience is really good. The location is excellent as it is just walking distance to Molito where you can find restaurants and Alabang Town center (shopping mall).

Cons:

The wi-fi keeps dropping in our room constantly.

Really good hotel, especially for the price—I would stay again for the breakfast alone.
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

They have a rule about providing only two card keys for a room for four people. It’s a small thing, but could be an inconvenience.

Cons:

The Bar at the swimming pool closes early, if I remember it right it closes at 9. Some guests wants to swim till late hours while drinking, maybe around 11-midnight would be better.

Pros:

I love Azumi’s hotel rooms because unlike other hotels, they have microwave, ref, plates, glasses and a kitchen sink. Those were my non negotiables that’s why I kept coming back and I kept recommending them.
