Very Accommodating Staff and Delicious Food!
Pros:

The rooms are spotless and the food is delicious. Staff are very friendly and the service are good. Our room was upgraded, The facility is excellent. I would love to go back because of their facility and breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hospitality!
Pros:

5-star service — truly feels like home! Compared with other hotels in the same price range and location, this one really stands out. The breakfast selection isn’t very diverse, but every dish is thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The unique decor creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. best location , it’s just a minutes from the night market, Overall, a lovely stay with wonderful hospitality! Will comeback.

The best location in old town and service !
Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly, and I was really, really satisfied for the price. Also, be sure to visit the bar — it’s truly spectacular. They even asked what time my flight was and said I could leave my luggage with them while I went out, which was very convenient. I recommend it!

2 night séjour in Hanoi at l'Heritage Hotel
Pros:

The location in the Old Quarter is super convenient. Literally steps away from restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The room was well appointed and very comfortable.

Cons:

There were a few minor issues, which I have reported in my feedback to the hotel at the end of my stay: 1)There was a peculiar buzzing noise in the night coming from the ceiling, which was slightly sleep disturbing. 2) The lamps near the bed were too dim and not positioned suitably, to allow reading in bed. 3) The day tour I booked through the hotel was a bit pricey for the activities involved.
