L'Heritage Hotel

Dropped from a Halong Bay tour to hotel and find the hotel a nice place to stay for 2 nights. Downstairs you can find a nice street food at reasonable place. Walking around on weekend. An evening stroll along the street to explore more. It's a nice hotel in the middle of the busiest old quarter. The staffs are excellent, and the Breakfast is decent too. Enjoy the trip.

From the staff, to the room, to the breakfast, to the spa, to the location....everything was more than we expected and we will definitely stay again if in Hanoi

What a great hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi, walking distance to all the main attractions. Shopping and eating right on your door step. The staff are extremely helpful, especially James and the included breakfast with the happiest chef is awesome. Overall a good experience.

A bunch of friends and I stayed in this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Convenient location and wonderful amenities. Clean, wonderful staff and a wonder breakfast spread.

Stayed with friend only for one night and was upgraded to suite on arrival. Great location was leaving at 3.30am for flight out and staff happily provided a take away breakfast box. Excellent facilities and location. Wish we could have stayed longer.

First time to Vietnam and highly rate this hotel. The reception staff were amazing and so helpful in booking tours and guiding us around the city. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast had plenty of variety and even a breakfast cook to make your eggs . And our dinner in the restaurant was top notch! If we ever returned, we would stay again.

We booked in late due to arriving at 2am the staff was very accomodating with us and gave us a complimentary room agreed which waa greatly appreciated. would absolutely stay again

Clean room, spotless bathroom, bathrobe, slippers, etc. no noise, extremely professional staff. For breakfast I was prepared vegetable pho, which was made as an exception. Welcome dessert, drink and nibbles. Location is very close to everything. I had facial which was well priced and effective I recommend and would stay again. Breakfast quality was very good and with very good choices. Must try there hot food and coffees

Definitely one of the best customer service I've received in a hotel! The rooms are so new and clean. Staffs extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast and spa are an addition to the amazing hotel! Highly recommend anyone to go visit!

Nice Hotel . Fantastic staff all round - all attentive, polite and accommodating (special mention for all the Reception/Lobby staff and Miss Tham in particular). Our Balcony suite was wonderful, bathroom modern and spacious, bed huge and comfortable. Hotel is in Old Quarter and within walking distance to Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, Night Market and shopping. Nice breakfast too. Highly recommended!

Looking for a hotel in the Old Quarter Hanoi, the Lheritage Hotel is an excellent choice.
Great rooms, very comfortable. The hotel has a gym and spa. Breakfast and dinner are great and convenient if you don’t want to go out. Service is hands down the best!

My husband and I arrived for just a one night stay at the Lheritage hotel, but would love to stay again. The hotel was the most beautiful one I’ve ever stayed in, with a spa, a bakery, a gym, and restaurant, but what truly makes this hotel amazing is the staff. They are so knowledgeable & welcoming.
