The best hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter!
Pros:

Excellent location and terrific staff. Beautiful lobby and good view rooms. The breakfast was wonderful and for shopping and wandering it was good and safe. Access to main roads was within walking distance.

Exceptional Stay – A True Gem in Hanoi!!
Pros:

It’s a boutique hotel with five star quality and services. The room modern design and decor are pleasingly beautiful and spacious . The facilities work well and efficient. The staff is wonderful, always welcome and willing to assist. The location is within walking distance to many things. I would stay here again and highly recommended.

The accommodation is located in the old quarter of Hanoi.
Pros:

From the moment that we stepped in through the front doors we were made to feel welcome. We arrived very early morning - and the wonderful staff took care of our luggage and offered us advice about where to go and what to do. The room was outstanding - clean, comfortable, spacious. And the breakfasts always delicious. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Pros:

Greta place to stay with a great view and location. Comfortable beds with plenty of room. The breakfast was very neat and excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

צוןת ידידותי ומסביר פנים. חדר מרווח ונקי, מיקום טוב במרחק הליכה לעיר העתיקה ולאגם. עזרה בתחבורה והתמצאות בסביבה. מומלץ מאוד

Super helpful staff and nice property!
Pros:

The property is really nice for its location. Situated in a bustling street, the rooms are large. They were gracious to upgrade our room, very courteous to accomodate our requests. They ensured we had vegetarian options. Over all highly recommended for families

Friendly staff, clean room, plenty of things to do and restaurant near the Hotel.

Cons:

The room we had did not have real windows, felt claustrophobic at times. We probably got the only one that didn't have windows.
