Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Restaurant on ground floor had some nice food

Cons:

Lack of lift and for someone claustrophobic the room can be an issue as they are very small. If you have extra luggage, you will have to leave them in the corridor due to lack of space

Nice stay in characterful hotel in a good part of Mumbai
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The services were great, tasty breakfasts, and comfortable room. Nice to spend some time in a historic, listed building. Would highly recommend.

Freundliches Gebäude älterer Bauart.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Kompetent und auch Hilfsbereit.
Ansprechende Lage mit kurzen Distanzen zu geschäftigen Bereichen wie Gastronomie,, Geschäften und sympathischen, sehenswürdigen Stadtbereichen. Vieles davon in durchaus zu Fuß erreichbaren Distanzen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Es gab zwar eine Gardine, aber hinter ihr verbarg sich nur der unmittelbar vorbeilaufende Etagengang.
Das Frühstück war sehr mager.

Excellent Price and Location
Pros:

Absolutely no complaints except we told them they needed towel racks. Great staff, comfy and clean room, good breakfast, great location and price. We're happy we chose this place

Looks dodgy on the outside. Don't let that stop you. The area is safe and the hotel is modern and well kept.

Отличный отель, для Индии просто восторг. Чисто, белье белое, матрасы - хорошие. Персонал супер👍🏻 Завтраки прекрасные и яйца и национальная кухня. Масала горячий в термосе и печеньки в доступе для гостей в течении всего дня - всегда удобно перекусить . Расположение удобное для наших целей в Мумбаи. Благодарим персонал за оказанное гостеприимство ❤️❤️❤️

Great few days
Pros:

The staff literally couldn't do enough for you, the rooms were on the smaller side but I would stay here again as I had everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty and prepared to order. The airport pick up was worth the money after a long flight
