We would like to raise some concerns regarding the assigned room(508). It is not clean and has an unpleasant odor. The air conditioner is not working properly, and there is no exhaust in the bathroom. We hope this can be addressed promptly.

Perfect for all of your needs in QC
Pros:

Location, great spot with easy access to main roads whilst still being quiet. Very clean hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel staff and security are exceptional and help you out no problem. Great views from the city view rooms.
