Pros:

The room on the 6th level is very clean and tidy with all the amenities needed for a working/business trip. There is hardly any noise or smell eg. from smoking on this level as there were few guests staying during my short stay.

Cons:

▪︎ The staff (check-in & check-out) were not conversant in English.

▪︎ No cafe or restaurant for breakfast.

Stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. The place is clean, well looked after and the location is great for getting around.
The front desk staff were very professional and polite, always helpful whenever I needed something.
Special mention to Truc and Cuc, always professional, polite and smiling. Great value for money, I highly recommend it.

Cons:

En recepción no hablan inglés con lo cuál es difícil entenderse. En la primera habitación que nos pusieron no funcionaba nada y estaba muy sucia. Luego nos cambiaron a otra, que estaba mejor. Nos hicieron pagar la lavandería por una sábana que se nos manchó al desteñir una ropa que se había mojado con la lluvia. No nos molestó por pagar, nos molestó que la chica de recepción salió a llamarnos la atención cuándo había más clientes alrededor, no nos había pasado nunca en un hotel nada parecido.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ vị trí đẹp trung tâm giữa cầu Rồng và cầu quay sông Hàn, nhân viên thân thiện ,đặc biệt nhân viên tên Phượng và bảo vệ tên Huy rất nhiệt tình với khách hàng .Sẽ quay lại lưu trú nơi này khi đến Đà Nẵng.
