櫃檯人員客氣禮貌，外出與回飯店都會打招呼，禮貌微笑，房間乾淨冷氣強。

來高雄數次住宿體驗最差地ㄧ次。
Cons:

晚上ㄧ入住就發現竟然冷氣是壞掉，正當要反映時，有工作人員竟不知我們已入住，逕自開門要查看冷氣，當下我們都嚇一跳。
再來是洗🛁時，連篷頭支架竟鬆動掉下來，洗完頭卻發現竟沒有吹風機，打電話總機無人接聽，頂著濕髮下去櫃檯反映，櫃台沒人，要我們另播電話，雖然最後有提供吹風機，一個月前就網路訂房，當日確提供最差的房型。
