Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated a change of room late at night when a couple of noisy geckos arrived in our room.

Cons:

On the downside, the rooms we saw (3) had a musty smell. Probably from all the rain - but definitely off putting.

Habitación: Las camas eran muy cómodas y la habitación tenía una terraza muy mona y agradable, donde se estaba en la gloria, especialmente para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno.

Personal: El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia.

Termas: Nos gustaron mucho. Estaban abiertas hasta las 22:00 y fue genial poder disfrutarlas incluso cuando estaba lloviendo. Sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes del alojamiento.

Desayuno y restaurante: El desayuno estaba bien, tipo buffet libre y con bastante variedad. Solo cenamos un día en el restaurante del alojamiento, ya que en La Fortuna hay muchos restaurantes donde elegir, pero la comida que probamos estaba muy rica.

Cons:

Habitación: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien y no se podía controlar correctamente la potencia con el mando. Además, la televisión era bastante antigua.

Baño: Echamos en falta algún lugar para colgar las toallas de manos. Al llegar, además, no había papel higiénico y tuvimos que avisar para que vinieran a reponerlo.

Wachttijd restaurant bij zwembad zeer lang (1.5 uur voor simpele pizza), geen verlichting zwembad ('s avonds te donker voor de kinderen om te zwemmen)

J’y retournerais sans hésitation
Pros:

Les bassins spas naturels étaient super agréables. Tout autant que l’ambiance au bar-piscine et la terrasse avec pizzas sur four au bois. J’ai beaucoup aimé le petit balcon pour chaque chambre afin d’y prendre son café relax le matin. Le stationnement était facile.

J’ai trouvé le restaurant un peu cher

relaxing stay surrounded by nature, with just one concern regarding the check-in procedure.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. I especially enjoyed going for walks through the gardens in the mornings; it was a wonderful way to start the day. We had a very pleasant stay and my family really enjoyed the hotel and the hot springs.

Cons:

The only uncomfortable experience was during check-in. Our rooms had been fully paid in advance, but I was still asked to provide a physical credit card as a guarantee. I only use Apple Pay and did not have a physical card with me, so my aunt had to provide hers. What concerned me most was that a copy of her credit card was taken. I did not feel comfortable with this practice because of the security and privacy risks associated with storing a copy of a card. I believe a pre-authorization or another secure method would have been more appropriate.

Cons:

A estadia foi pessima. Reservei este hotel por conta das piscinas thermais. Qdo fizemos checkin pela manhã, disseram estar em manutenção e que à tarde estaria funcionando. Pela tarde, informaram que so no dia seguinte e não era certeza. Achei sacanagem pq nao foram sinceros nas informações!

O banheiro estava com odor de esgoto.

Comida bien, piscinas muy ricas, amabilidad excelente del personal, lo que nos decepcionó demasiado fue la habitación, baño viejo, el refrigerador y el aire acondicionado viejos y sobre todo ruidosos!!! Apagamos el aire para poder dormir y el refrigerador se prendía y apagaba a lo largo de la noche, cuando se prendía hacía un ruido espantoso, lo peor es que no se puede desconectar por que está empotrados en la pared. La verdad el hotel es bonito fuera de las habitaciones.

Cons:

Baño viejo, el refrigerador y el aire acondicionado viejos y sobre todo ruidosos!!! Apagamos el aire para poder dormir y el refrigerador se prendía y apagaba a lo largo de la noche, cuando se prendía hacía un ruido espantoso, lo peor es que no se puede desconectar por que está empotrados en la pared. La verdad el hotel es bonito fuera de las habitaciones.
