申し訳ないが酷いの一言。
Pros:

駅や高松城などが近い。近くにコンビニがある。

部屋がとにかく全体的に汚い。
壁にシミや汚れがとても多く、洗面台の下が錆まみれになっていたり、浴槽のカーテンがとても臭い。シャワーするとき閉めると凄く臭い...
備え付けの空調？エアコン？が埃まみれで下から丸見えなのが気持ち悪かった。ベッドの真上なのがまた...
ゴキブリ用駆除エサ剤はせめて目に付かない所へ置いてもらいたい。
ベッド横そのままは、気持ちは良くない。
スリッパが無ければ、歩くのも嫌だった。
壁が薄いからか分からないが、外の屋外広告？の音声が丸聞こえでとてもうるさい。
建物が古いのは仕方ないかもしれないが、もう少しきちんと管理をした方が良いと思う。
受付の方は悪い感じはしなかったので、本当に部屋の問題。
リピーターを求めていないのだろうなと感じた。
今まで色んなホテルへ宿泊したが、過去一で酷いホテルでした。
悪いレビューは基本書かないようにしているが、思わず書きたくなるくらい。

Convenient location but a tired place. Happy to have stayed only one night.

It was conveniently close to the station

Cons:

The carpet was dirty, threadbare and stained; the key to turn on power in the room was wonky; there were either many bright lights or a dim overhead light but not none, meaning to get darkness at night we had to pull the power out (and charge phones in the morning); the toilet seat was loose and the hand basin was cracked.

スタッフの皆さまは本当に対応が良く、素敵でした。

Cons:

ユニットバスのカーテンに赤カビのような汚れがあり、言葉を失いました。
その他、埃っぽさがあり滞在中は常に鼻に不快感がありました。
スタッフの人柄や立地は素晴らしいので、施設面、清掃について可能な限り見直した方がいいと思います。
