Cama muy cómoda, habitación muy acojedora todo estaba muy limpio y el precio estuvo muy bien

Un tuffo nel passato nel cuore de La Orotava

Hotel Rural Victoria ed è un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente a chi ama l'atmosfera autentica delle dimore storiche e il fascino del tipico patio canario. Si trova in posizione centrale e comoda.

Il vero punto di forza della struttura è l'estrema disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la prima camera che mi era stata assegnata, ma lo staff si è dimostrato subito comprensivo e mi ha cambiato la stanza senza alcun esitazione, gestendo la situazione con estrema cortesia e accoglienza.

Buona anche la colazione, piacevole per iniziare la giornata.

Cons:

Trattandosi di un edificio d'epoca, diversi arredi sono piuttosto datati. In particolare, nelle camere è presente una moquette ormai antica e visibilmente vissuta che necessiterebbe di essere sostituita.
Mi è parso di capire che stanno già iniziando a ristrutturare e rivedere alcune stanze.
Con gli eventuali rinnovamenti in corso, questo hotel ha il potenziale per diventare un vero e proprio gioiello.
