Een zeer fijn verblijf in een historisch kader

De vriendelijke sfeer. Je wordt hoffelijk en persoonlijk behandeld. Een mooi historisch kader

Niets. De enige kleine notitie die we kunnen maken is dat wat meer afwisseling in het ontbijt-aanbod wel leuk kan zijn voor wie er langer verblijft

Pros:

It was a small and beautiful hotel. The historical architecture was amazing. The room aas just perfect and quiet. Thexambience was fantastic. Breakfast was simply perfect. Staff could not do enough to please.

Cons:

La Orotava is set high up in the hillside so rather steep hills around but that is par for the course. Reception area was vacant for a period but wecwere given a mobile number to phone if needed.
Nonetheless it was a brilliant experience to stay there in the heart of suchban old town.

Pros:

El desayuno estaba bueno, aunque había poca variedad. La ubicación era buena y La Orotava es un pueblo muy bonito y con mucho encanto.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue que en la reserva indicaba claramente «sin pago por adelantado, se paga al llegar», pero cuando llegué al hotel me encontré con que ya me habían cobrado el importe. Mi intención era pagar en efectivo a mi llegada, tal y como se indicaba en las condiciones de la reserva. Al comentarlo en recepción, me dijeron que había sido cosa de Booking, algo que me sorprendió, ya que he viajado muchas veces y nunca me había ocurrido una situación similar. Considero que las condiciones de pago deberían respetarse y que, si se va a realizar el cobro antes de la llegada, el cliente debería estar informado claramente. Me habría gustado que se hubiera respetado lo indicado en mi reserva.

Aanraden om hier te verblijven
Pros:

Schoon, vriendelijk personeel, kamer schoon en mooi, dakterras was uitstekend.

Cons:

Communicatie over dat onze auto niet naast het hotel kon staan ivm processie. Ik heb het 2 keer gevraagd of het geen probleem was, maar moest terwijl we aan het eten waren alsnog de auto weghalen. Maar personeel was erg vriendelijk.
