A very positive experience for the whole family in an incredible place
Pros:

Una proprietà incredibile, con tutto rifinito benissimo, un servizio eccellente e un'attenzione ad alcuni dettagli che non ho mai trovato in vita mia.
Consigliatissimo per un'esperienza totalmente appagante e da coccole sia per chi viaggia da soli ma soprattutto per chi è in famiglia.
Il Baby club è al di sopra di qualunque altro mai visto, le infrastrutture sono perfette e lo staff molto gentile.
Le piscine, la spiaggia, i chioschi, tutto è curato al dettaglio e perfetto.

Cons:

Classico da italiani, ma il cibo è buono ma non è il top. Comunque assolutamente accettabile e con 15 ristoranti, anche molto vario.
La stanza ha una configurazione strana, per cui è molto ampia e molto bella ma il bagno è un po' sacrificato e non ha per esempio un modo per i bambini di salire a lavarsi le mani, che si trova in altri alberghi dello stesso livello.
Hanno un'assistenza fortissima che però tende a perdersi dei pezzi tra numero centrale, guest services e altri whatsapp.
Verificate sempre perché mi è capitato due volte che mi avessero confermato una cosa che poi non era invece disponibile.
Ultimo, l'inglese di alcuni membri dello staff è migliorabile.
Ciononostante l'esperienza è stata da 10 quindi non sono caratteristiche che inficiano sull'esperienza che resta estremamente positiva.

Phones, smoking... a no go
Cons:

​We have stayed at this hotel in the past and previously had wonderful experiences, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, a lot has changed since our last visit, and regrettably for the worse.

​The overall atmosphere and standard of courtesy have declined significantly:

​Disturbing behavior during meals: Many guests now use their phones on speaker throughout breakfast and dinner. People were constantly watching loud videos, playing audio, and taking phone calls right at the dining tables, which completely ruined what should have been a relaxing mealtime.

​Uncontrolled smoking: Guests were smoking both cigarettes and cigars in areas where others were trying to enjoy their stay. There are no clear designated non-smoking zones or separate areas to protect non-smokers. We would like to enjoy sunshine and warm weather and not to sit in air-conditioned rooms during the meals.

​Health and safety impact: As someone who suffers from asthma, this environment was truly unbearable for me. Breathing in secondhand smoke and cigar fumes made my stay extremely uncomfortable and stressful.

​Management really needs to establish and enforce basic house rules regarding phone etiquette and create strictly enforced non-smoking areas.
