Ketawa Pet Friendly Hotel

the property was clean and had designated grass areas for me to take my dog to use the bathroom and have a stretch. the cafe had great coffee and a range of other options too. having an on site daycare service really made my trip easier as i had some important plans my puppy couldn't come with me for, and i was worried about leaving him. the staff gave him lots of attention and he had a good time while we were apart, they even sent update videos for me when requested! the cafe also has a well stocked shop with loads of items, i got some nice treats and toys for my dog there as well as some pet wipes. the rooms were comfortable and there was a big fluffy pet bed provided. they were very understanding when my dog had an accident on the sheets and provided me with clean ones right away. all the staff love animals, they were so attentive to my dog and the security guard even took him for a short walk when i came out to get a food delivery. i've never travelled alone with my dog before which i was quite worried about, but the whole experience at the hotel made it super easy for me and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking to come to chiang mai with their pets.

Wonderful staff. Great facilities. Very pet friendly. Was a joy waking up to every day, especially in the pet cafe downstairs (with all the dogs/puppies).

Amazing hotel! Very clean, super friendly staff! My husband and I stayed for one week with our small you poodle. They provided a pet bed with dog bowls and free water for my little dog, he loved being here. The pool was awesome for the dogs too, there is no pool for us just the dog pool. You can use it but will smell like a dog lol! The cafe on site is very quaint and has great options for food and coffee, also have special food for your pet to eat with you. Their dogs on site are very friendly and playful too. Very lovely hotel, highly recommend starting here!!

Very cozy and modern place to stay. Located in the quiet alley behind Riverside. Its walkable to old city.

This is a great place if you have a dog or live dogs. Our dog loved it.

Le service est très agréable mais ne parle pas un anglais impeccable.
Très bon séjour un peu à l’extérieur du centre historique de Chiang Mai.
De nombreux bars dansants autour qui permettent une meilleure ambiance.

This hotel is amazing and budget friendly ! The staff are so helpful and so sweet to see them with the dogs. Room was modern and clean, was perfect for our 4 night stay during the loy krathong festival in November. The hotel is walking distance of all the main activities during the festival, highly recommend
