Supergoede locatie, maar slechte service.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel en de hamam suite op zich is het enige wat positief is aan dit hotel.

Cons:

Het eten van het restaurant is helemaal niet lekker. Verschillende soorten gerechten geprobeerd, maar steeds dezelfde soort smaakloze gerechten. Dit verwacht je niet als je 3x meer betaalt dan de normale prijs. Je mag ook niks bestellen van buiten, dus ze verplichten je om van hun matige voedsel te eten.
Daarnaast moet je ook meerdere keren bellen om iets te laten leveren. Bijvoorbeeld voor de extra bed van mijn dochter heb ik 3x moeten bellen. Voor water heb ik 2x moeten bellen. Het laten ophalen van vuile borden heeft meer dan 3 uur geduurd.

Close to SAW Airport, but quite dated 🏨
Pros:

The hotel is located about 10 minutes by taxi from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The taxi cost us around 1,400 TRY. We asked for a quiet room, and the hotel gave us one, which we appreciated 👍
We stayed with a child, and an extra bed was provided. The room was generally comfortable enough, and overall everything was acceptable for a short stay. There was even a balcony.

Cons:

The hotel feels quite old and dated. It is a large property and probably used to be much better some years ago, but now it needs renovation and better maintenance.

The balcony was very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. The restaurant downstairs was almost empty, with only a couple of tables occupied, and the service/atmosphere there was not very impressive.

Overall, it was okay for one night near the airport, but there are better hotel options in the area.

Pros:

Vanaf aankomst tot vertrek uitermate netjes behandeld door al het personeel. Het hotel beschikt over alle voorzieningen. Kamer zeer schoon en ook voorzien van alles wat nodig is (en meer)

Cons:

Spa gedeelte om 2300u gesloten, hieronder vallen ook alle zwembaden + bubbelbaden. We hadden hier graag nog gebruik van gemaakt na aankomst in het hotel.
Plus dat het binnenbad + bubbelbaden ook niet voor enige overlast kunnen zorgen voor het hotel zelf, ook is hier tijdens openingstijden GEEN personeel aanwezig voordat iemand denkt dat er toezicht gehouden dient te worden.

Molto soddisfatta. Ci tornerei volentieri!
Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il design degli interni è stupendo. Le stanze e tutto l’hotel è molto pulito. Mi è piaciuta molto la spa. Il ristorante dell’hotel è eccellente. Le portate deliziose e abbondanti. Anche la colazione è stata ottima.

Cons:

Il frigo nella stanza non funzionava e hanno messo qualche ora per aggiustarlo. L’arredamento della stanza era un poco ingombrante: troppe sedie/poltrone in uno spazio stretto. E non c’è possibilità di godersi la vista dal balcone perché c’è la rete (per la sicurezza). La struttura è molto bella ma necessita di essere verniciata esternamente.

Prima hotel maar kan veel beter functioneren

Er was sprake van te kort aan personeel. Er is veel werkdruk op personeel. Hotel wordt niet goed gemanaged.
