one of the worst experiences we've had.
First this is more of a hostel than a hotel. hallways are very dirty, rooms werent very clean either. Depending which room you have you are alongside a busy nightlife street, which generates a huge amount of noise and there is no AC so you need a window open.

Even worse was the fact that we specifically said we would arrive at 10:00 pm in the evening, and that was approved.
However we didnt know the reception would be closed, and there was a key code for the front door. Guess what, we didnt receive any code at all!
Stood there with all our stuff, tried the regular phone line, of course also closed. tried the emergency phone line, straight to voice mail 3x in a row!!
We were lucky that somebody came out after 15 minutes (a guest) so we quickly went inside. Another guest saw our confusion, and told us the emergency number is often busy, but you just have to keep trying. (he experienced the same problem as us earlier)
We kept calling, eventually somebody picked up and told us our room key codes. There was no security at night, which felt a little unsafe.
would not recommend.

Sentralt hotell. Alt for varme rom.

Hotellet ligger sentralt.

Cons:

Rommet vårt hadde ikke vindu ut i frisk luft, men ut i hotellet. Det var sirka 35-40 grader på rommet vårt og vifften vi fikk var ikke til særlig hjelp. Fikk ikke såve på grunn av varmen og tung luft. Siden rommet var så varmt ble det klamt og vått når vi dusjet. Det står at fet skal være klimaanlegg, men det var det desverre ikke.

It was so dirty and small room. Only window was to the dining area and one really loud fan in the room that did nothing to move air.

Solo la posizione

Cons:

L albergo è sporco con moquette tutta macchiata inguardabile, tavoli per la colazione non puliti e colazione molto scadente. Quando arrivano le 9 orario limite per la colazione nonostante la presenza in sala delle persone lo staff ritira velocemente tutto acqua compresa. La camera è sporca e sollevando le lenzuola I top sono tutti macchiati. In bagno si allaga tutto facendo la doccia, c era una tendina.
In ultimo non è vero che è un 4 stelle ma dalla tabella ne risultano solo 3.
