Nada.No es lo de la foto, pagué una habitación deluxe y era una caja, no andaba la TV, no tenía agua caliente, de noche se cortaba el agua y de día perdía. Pedí que me cambien, pagué a otra que si bien tenia ventana, no andaba tampoco la TV ni tenía agua caliente, deteriorado, sucio y viejo. Ahh, a favor está re bien ubicado!!

The room rate is reasonable and the room itself is relatively clean, but the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
The air conditioner was leaking water badly enough to soak the mattress. When the technician came, instead of properly fixing the problem or offering a solution, he simply told us to wipe it up and go back to sleep, then walked away. Seriously? Were we expected to sleep on a wet mattress? Only after we became angry and complained did the staff finally take the situation seriously and do something about it.
There was also a huge spider inside the room, which made us seriously question how thoroughly the rooms are inspected before guests check in.
What was even more unacceptable was the housekeeping staff. At around 7–8 a.m., they used their key card to OPEN OUR DOOR AND ENTER THE ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION while we were still inside. This happened before the normal cleaning time and was a serious invasion of privacy. We later found out that another room experienced the same thing, so this was clearly not an isolated incident.
On top of that, staff kept asking what time we were going to check out, making us feel like they were trying to rush us out of the hotel even though the official check-out time was around 11 a.m.–12 p.m. Guests should not be made to feel unwelcome or pressured to leave before check-out time.
A reasonable room rate does not excuse poor service, lack of professionalism, or invading a guest’s privacy.
If you are completely fine with a leaking air conditioner, a wet mattress, spiders in your room, housekeeping entering without permission early in the morning, and staff making you feel rushed to leave, then perhaps this hotel will be acceptable for you.
Otherwise, I would seriously reconsider staying here.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
