There are so much mold in the bathroom and room quality was very poor.

- Location is really good in the old Hanoi, really useful when you want to drop something quickly, sleep, take a shower, night market. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shop, exchange money, washing services besides
- really calm / no noises (makes the difference / game changer after a full day outside)
- They have a suggestion list to share with you when you will arrive (restaurant, cafes, visit trip plan, etc …)
- Staff is super helpful, excellent services from the team 24h/24h (especially Luca who helped us a lot during our trip), really good advises and communication > it makes your Hanoi experience different
- Can help you with logistics and travel plan if needed
- No window but it is really calm so nice to have
- TV was not working (also nice to have during World Cup)
The bed, desk and floor were clean.

There were water stains (mold?) on the ceiling, wall paint was pilling off in the room and toilet.
There was mold in the shower and the sink. Very unhygienic and unpleasant.
The door lock was all taped and it was impossible to lock the room from the inside.
AC is placed the way it always keeps blowing directly on the bed - impossible to change the direction.

The staff could not provide good recommendations and the water ran out , but thankfully whilst I was leaving the hotel. They mentioned that they upgraded the room for me but I felt the room a bit suffocating.

Good location
We experienced a serious issue during our 2-night stay involving a prolonged water outage affecting essential facilities.
Over the entire stay, running water was only briefly available for a very short period (around 1–2 minutes), during which a shower could not be completed and my friend was left with shampoo in her eyes. Outside of this, there was no usable running water for showers or basic bathroom use.
We were repeatedly told the issue would be resolved shortly, which is why we remained at the property rather than seeking alternative accommodation. However, the problem persisted throughout our stay.
As a result, my travel companion had to leave the hotel late at night (around 11pm) to travel to another property on the back of the receptionist’s motorbike in order to shower before an early long-haul flight the following morning as this was presented as the only option for running water. I was also unwell during the stay, which made the lack of functioning bathroom facilities particularly difficult.
An initial compensation offer was made but I asked for it to be escalated because it was unreasonable and they then unbelievably they reduced it by approximately 1/3.
While staff were mostly polite, their handling of the situation was poor and lack of reliable essential services significantly impacted our stay. I would not expect basic facilities such as running water to be unavailable for this length of time.
Overall, the experience did not reflect the standard expected and I would be cautious about staying again.
