Hotel al centre de Old Quarter. Ens ha ajudat la Lily, molt amable i servicial. Habitació i lavabo correcte. Des de la nostre habitació no se sentia el soroll del carrer.
موظفة الإستقبال Mai بصراحه يعجز اللسان عن شكره فتاه شغوفه وتساعدك بكل ما تستطيع، ساعدتني في حجوزات الأماكن السياحيه ولكن الشركه Wati كانت لا تكترث لأمور الشخص الذي يحجز معهم للأسف ذهبت مرتين المره الأولى ل نينه بينه وتركني بعيد عن الفندق 8 دقائق مشي، والمره الأخرى خليج هالونج ولكن شخص يتكلم كثيراً ولا يعمل بالكلام كثيرآ تنزل في موقع ولا يتابعك شخصياً الا في حالة تأخرك عن الباص،،

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great.
Chỗ ở gần mọi điểm tham quan. Tuy nhiên phòng ốc ko được sạch sẽ cho lắm, vòi sen còn nhiều cặn bẩn, TV ko dùng được, ánh sáng tạm. Trần nhà thì bẩn do mốc. Nhân viên thì nhiệt tình nên có điểm cộng.

The place was a disaster, everything was wrong, I wouldn't even know where to begin. There was filth everywhere: the curtains, the windows, liquid was dripping down the walls, the bathroom was horribly dirty, and taking a shower was a real risk. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, and I would have gone to another one without a second thought.
Perfect location, walking distance from everything you will want to see in Hanoi. Very clean. Staff were very helpful.
The toilet didn’t flush when you put toilet paper in it.

The facilities were simple and accommodating all me needs! But the most i loved is staff!
تعامل بعض المواطنين كان سيئاً للغاية لذلك تم إلغاء الحجز ( اول يوم كان فيه موظفة لطيفه جداً وتعاملها راقي في اليوم الثالث وجدت موظف وموظفة كان تعاملهم غير جيد ، الموظفة اعتذرت بعد سوء فهم ولكن الموظف كان تعامله سيئ للغاية)
