Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Duong providing loads of information about Hanoi, where to eat, what to see etc. room we had was very good, air con works very well. Overall a really good location and value

The accommodation itself was very good, close to the train station, and I have nothing bad to say about it. However, the person managing the property should honestly be fired.
When we arrived, he would not respond to normal messages, neither on Booking nor on WhatsApp. He only answered if you called him directly, and that was the only way to get access to the property.
After checking in, I noticed there was no hairdryer, even though it was mentioned in the description, and there was also no Wi-Fi password. He told me he would send me the Wi-Fi password, but after the call ended, he never sent anything. I messaged him asking again for both the password and the hairdryer, but received no reply.
The next morning at 8:30 AM, I called him again. He told me I would have the hairdryer by 10:00 AM.
I returned to the accommodation at 7:00 PM and had to call him once more because he simply does not reply to messages. I told him that no hairdryer had been delivered and I still did not have the internet password. He apologized and said he would send someone.
To be fair, someone did arrive within 10 minutes. But this level of communication is simply not acceptable.

It was clean, the staff was nice
The room had windows only to the hallway, and the lights didn't turn off at night, so it was bright and hard to fall asleep.
One morning there was some issue with water. It stopped running while we were brushing our teeth 😅. But after it was okay.

受付のスタッフさんの対応、説明がとても丁寧で好感を持ちました。チェックイン前に荷物だけ預けに行ったところ、当然かのようにアーリーチェックインさせてもらえたのでラッキーでした。
部屋の設備も1人で過ごすには申し分なく、清潔でよかったです。トイレとシャワーの間にガラスの仕切りがあったのも良かったです。

El personal súper amable, siempre preocupados!! Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y con el agua que no había, pero los chicos de recepción súper preocupados pidiendo disculpas e intentando arreglar la situación.

Ladies staff very good.Gents who attended not upto our expectation.
One day morning water was not available in toilets from 5 a.m to 7 am. Nobody gave any attention. We had to vecate to airport by 7.30. a.m . The unattended situation and rough behavior of gents on attended dates apart from non water dates also were not satisfactory which reduced the rating.
