Good hotel, great location would stay again
Pros:

The location was very good on the beach. Good value for money

Cons:

The shower did not work well as water pressure was not strong enough for a second shower, but we managed ok

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zu Fuss 5 Minuten von Restaurants, Bars, 7/11 und Nachtleben. Direkt am Strand. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt gepflegt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat jeden Tag eine neue Figur mit den Handtüchern kreiert, mit Blüten dekoriert.

Cons:

Das grösste Ärgernis waren die 3%.Aufschlag bei Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war alles andere als freundlich.
Eine Nacht gab die Klimaanlage den Geist mit einem Knall auf. Am nächsten Morgen konnte ich zwar den Bungalow wechseln, aber diese Nacht herrschte Sauna.

Pros:

l'accès direct à la plage c'est top, le parc de verdure au milieu des bungalows, la piscine est réellement un plus.
le personnel est très agréable et serviable. le confort de la chambre est bien.

Pros:

Отличный отель по соотношению цены и качества. Я жил в улучшенном номере. Отель находится на первой линии, вход в море хороший, без камней, глубина появляется не далеко от берега - можно очень хорошо плавать. С отелем граничит ресторан с хорошими завтраками (с 7:30) и обедами. До ближайшего круглосуточного 7-11 три минуты пешком, есть массаж у отеля на пляже и прямо у входа. Можно взять скутер а аренду прямо в отеле.

Fabulous location, facilities need a bit of an update and info provided for out of reception hours
Pros:

Fabulous location with free sunloungers on the beach . Right next to shops and restaurants, excellent beach bars

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t use the pillows, too high, woke up with stiff neck.
My key broke in the lock ( out of reception hours 8am / 5pm) no info to say who to contact when there was an issue out of hours, eventually found someone who spent over an hour trying to fix it and in the end gave me keys to another room for the night ( all I had on me was my beach bag) and a new lock ( which it needed as I had issues with it all week) was replaced in the morning

Good value for easy access to the beach and stores.
Pros:

Fantastic location just off the beach and in a good spot on Lamai. Nice porch for the bungalow. Cleaning staff to an amazing job, including lovely towel design with a fresh flower.

Cons:

Bad WiFi so difficult to do work calls. Low water pressure in the shower.
