Pros:

Nice clean rooms, very comfortable. Once I found a staff member they corrected the issue quickly.

Cons:

Had issues with our room, looked around the lobby for 20 mins for a worker. Called front desk numerous times and it took a long time to finally get in contact with a staff member. And the breakfast was very disappointing.

Comfortable room but parking and breakfast might be problematic
Pros:

I booked this hotel about six hours before arriving due to a last-minute trip to Fort McMurray in the middle of January. The hotel was quiet and the room was clean and adequately appointed for one night. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I arrived with a pick-up truck and parking was a problem. With no driveway, and snow piles on the street, there was no where to temporarily park the vehicle during check-in. There is a small covered parking area (for about five vehicles) along a back lane, but if that is full I don't know what options there are.
The complimentary breakfast turned out to be a bag with a hard boiled egg, yogurt, muffin of unknown age and a pre-manufactured egg sandwich with a label saying "packaged August 26, 2025", five months previous.
