Veldig bra staff, de var kjempehyggelige og hjalp oss med alt vi trengte hjelp med. Lobbyen og bygget føltes veldig fancy ut.
Ikke 5 stjerners. Føltes som en helt ok hotell med tanke på at det er 5 stjerners. Selve dynen hadde så mange stains/prikker og vi spurte om å bytte, noe de gjorde, men den hadde stains den og.
All the staff were very friendly
The elevator in the grand ballroom is not working
Great service overall. The premier suite was excellent. Room service was highly respectable and gave quality service of cleanliness and care. I wish the pool opened sooner for more time for breakfast and workout to maximise time there. But would totally return.

Location wise, it is accessible for us since we live in Pasig. Atmosphere here is quiet and not so crowded.
Can improve by adding bidet in common areas like grand ballroom and coffee shop
The dinner service I had was disappointing. It was completely different from the dinner service I had last year and the dinner services I had years before.
I hope that things will be better next year.
staffs are accommodating. me and my family were assisted very well by maxinne, omar, teddy, and jano. we chose to transfer seat and stayed at the couch and the atmosphere was great. food is delicious and quality will definitely come back. suggest to add food selection
Good location
Some bathroom fittings need maintenance
Teddy, Max, Jano, and Omar was great, gave a real relaxing atmosphere and was always there either to assist, clear used plates, refilling water, and many more. Overall, a great experience and will come back again.

Excellent experience though confusing elevator since you have to transfer most of the time going up and down
Very lovely and comfortable place to stay in with wonderful view, would check in again very soon.
Upon arrival at the continental club, we were greeted by great service of Maica and Aila. Easy and fast checkin. In the lounge area, Azi and Maica gave us excellent service as well. Food tastes great as well esp the cocktail hour.
