Great ambiance, great food especially peking duck and fried rice. Pleasant atmosphere and just well lighted. Best with large groups and families but also good for couples or smaller groups

The lounge was comfortable and well-maintained. Food and beverage options were decent, and the staff Zavier and Teody were courteous.

We had the most amazing experience in Marco Polo, from checkin to room service, to the continental lounge where first class service was provided by Maica, Shai and Teody. We will make sure to come back again since this is the most memorable time we have.

I order hot ham that usually i used to order so i know the kind of bread they give sandwhich an ordinary bread i went here because of this ham and parmesan bread in used to order eventually it was out of stock so why they didnt inform earlier when inorder coemnthis marco polo hotel and service is like this and crew even bump his hand soundly so why impolite u can review ur cctv at 1 pm to 1:19 pm i think now a days different service. Imagine i live malate i came here to eat this ham sandwich i travel an hour just be serve like this so i waited too long lost my appetite

During our stay at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the Flow Indoor Pool team. In particular, Mr. JM Morgan, Tan, and Kenneth went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When they noticed I had a cough, they thoughtfully offered me hot tea with lemon, which was both soothing and effective.

The pool facilities and surrounding areas were impeccably maintained, creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, our experience at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila was outstanding, and we deeply appreciate the staff’s attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Second time staying here. As with my previous visit, the hotel is impressive in terms of its comfort, cleanliness, and coziness. Rooms are well-equipped and opulent, with a bathtub included. Location is well situated within walking distances to multiple malls and eateries. I would highly recommend Marco Polo Ortigas Manila to anyone who is looking for a hotel to stay in Manila.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless.

Laundry service has been great, with clothing nicely packed and fresh.

Good hotel in the business area. Restaurants and bars have good quality products attentive staff and service, apart from a strange no flip flop rule.
Good quality rooms and common areas. Good quality gym as well.

I had an amazing stay at Marco Polo. This is our official hotel for work travel in Manila and it exceed every expectation possible. The amenities were an added bonus and had everything needed to relax and indulge in business and pleasure. Breakfast was an excellent experience and the staff made it all the more wonderful!
