Très agréable! Hôtel au top sur tous les points!

Hotel très propre très bien situé (20mn du Grand Bazar, 10mn de la Mosquée Bleue...), personnel adorable, serviable et de très bon conseil

Pros:

I was in this hotel with my family a few days ago. A wonderful, small hotel in a convenient location in the center of Istanbul. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The staff is polite and helpful. They help with everything. The rooms facing the street are quiet, and the sea has a nice view from the second floor. When I'm in Istanbul - I will stay there again!

Pros:

The location is very nice. Close to the main Old City sight seeing. Also, the view from the room's balcony was overlooking the seaside.

Cons:

The shower drain did not work properly at the hotel. And the staff did not fix it. The shower was not clean either.
There is no elevator in the hotel, so if you're staying on the top levels, its not very convenient to get upstairs.
The staff definitely wanted a tip for everything, even allowing snacks into the room.

Emozionante, mi è piaciuto
Pros:

La stanza era come da foto, vista mare bellissima, staff eccezionale, tutto molto curato. Posizione ottima praticamente a ridosso della Mosche Blu, cosa dire……consigliato!!!!!
