Pros:

Excellent location in the harbour, beautiful view and very helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing too!

Cons:

Almost zero water pressure in the shower (the hose blew open later so we had to change rooms but the pressure there was just as bad). The covers were clean but the stains on the mattress were clearly visible in both rooms and the floors would have needed more vacuuming.
