Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου είναι η φοβερή τοποθεσία του, ακριβώς στην κεντρική πλατεία της Κρακοβίας, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μας πανεύκολες. Το δωμάτιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν καθαροί και προσεγμένοι. Είχε κωδικούς στην κεντρική είσοδο για ασφάλεια. Το πρωινό καλό με βασικες επιλογές. Το προσωπικό φιλικό, χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να σου δώσει πληροφορίες. Γενικά, πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή στην Κρακοβία!

Pros:

Lokalizacja, już za rogiem jest starówka, cisza, spokój, pyszne śniadania w bardzo kameralnej atmosferze. Blisko dosłownie wszędzie. Nie widziałam rodzin z dziećmi, raczej sami obcokrajowcy. Obsługa bardzo miła, śniadanie można wykupić jeśli ma się taką ochotę. Aczkolwiek w pokoju był aneks kuchenny.

La posizione centralissima, a 100 metri dalla piazza principale

Cons:

La colazione è principalmente salata. La parte dolce si limita a croissant, pane e marmellata. Per le bevande c'è una macchinetta.

Noi avevamo una camera tripla al secondo piano e il pavimento in legno era rumoroso calpestandolo: questo implica svegliare tutta la camera nel caso si debba andare al bagno di notte. Purtroppo anche il pavimento della camera accanto lo era, quindi sentivamo i passi dei vicini come se fossero nella nostra camera

Cons:

Die Möblierung des Zimmers war einfach, alt und abgenutzt. Der Duschvorhang war schmutzig. Trotz mehrfacher Bitten wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt. Sowohl an einem Abend als auch an einem Morgen stand kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen usw. zur Verfügung. In den Nächten Freitag/Samstag und Samstag/Sonntag war bis 4 Uhr sehr laute Discomusik zu hören, weshalb man nicht schlafen konnte. Schließlich war beim Frühstück zeitweise nicht ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden.

Chambre au calme, bien située au niveau du centre historique

Nous avions cru comprendre que le petit déjeuner était de 7h à 10h, ce qui est raisonnable comme horaires pour un hébergement touristique. Notre train étant à 8h, nous l'avions donc pris avec la réservation. Mais il semblerait que le petit déjeuner ne soit servi qu'à partir de 8h. Trois personnes étant présentes à 7h30 du matin, nous avons quand même tenté d'avoir à minima une viennoiserie ou quelque chose du genre pour la manger sur le chemin, ce qui nous a été refusé. Et petit déjeuner non remboursé. Décevant pour un hébergement touristique.
