A comfortable, clean room (with a balcony) in a very convenient location!
Pros:

It was lovely to have 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen - we would have definitely taken advantage of that had we been staying in Honolulu and not leaving for a cruise.

Cons:

The furniture in the room was "older" and the hallway carpeting could use a refresh but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was lovely, and the hotel was in a very convenient location.

nous étions une famille de 5 et avions la suite banyan : 1 chambre avec 1 lit double + 1 lit escamotable + 1 canapé lit.
une fois tout déployé, il ne reste plus beaucoup de place.
nous étions au 24ème étage.
Correspondait à nos attentes.

Cons:

Fenêtres ouvertes : Environnement très bruyant, avec un bruit constant des climatiseurs extérieurs de tous les hôtels environnants ; obligé de garder les fenêtres fermées.
Fenêtres fermées : Même au 24è étage on entend les bruits des routes, mauvaise isolation phonique.
Parking : dommage d'être obligé de passer par le valet

Pros:

Location really was the only thing to like. Price is low as a result of all the negatives. Perhaps rooms in the tower part are better??? Room had a fridge and microwave. Right next to the biggest ABC store. Staff were kind and the valets very helpful

Cons:

I stayed in a solo room (325) which is located in the 3 story part of the hotel (note some solo rooms have no windows) I was lucky enough to get a window. Bed is a Murphy bed, management please change for a normal bed and get rid of the cabinet situation. No access to power points from the bed. Windows are not doubled glazed (I was there for May Day and loud music started at 7am on Saturday, car noise is also a major problem). There were fruit flies present in the kitchen and the kettle was dirty so I didn’t use it. A/c HVAC was so noisy and wasn’t adjustable. The place really needs a complete gut!

Great location, good value
Pros:

We liked it just fine, room was huge with large balcony across from Roy's. If we had a car would not have stayed here as $35 to park and valet only big drawbacks. The pool up on the oof is superb, go in morning and you'll likely have it to yourself.

Great 2 night stay
Pros:

There is nothing negative to say about this property. The staff are genuinely beautiful right from the front door check in to check out. Location is wonderful in the middle of everything so many options for eating - ABC store downstairs, we walked everywhere and did beach walks first thing in the morning. The room is large - we had room 2006 a Koa suite that had the most amazing views, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and impeccably clean. We enjoyed it and will return.

Cons:

That I had to leave. We only had a short 2 night stay pre-cruise and it was just not long enough for us. We loved it and will be back.

Great hotel, excellent location

Hotel location is fantastic so central to everything, our room was very clean and we liked the kitchen to make snacks on nights we didn't dine out. Our room on the 22nd floor had an ocean view which we w

Cons:

"Driveway" to valet parking was really a pedestrian sidewalk. Not clearly marked. I went round and round for nearly 30 minutes before I finally figured it out.

Fun, clean, lots of amenities, middle of everything, would stay again.
Pros:

Clean room, clean pool, clean jacuzzi. Well maintained building and facilities. Fun amenities and local discounts. Great guys at the valet desk.

Cons:

Location is a little crowded/hectic, but I’m sure many people really like being in the center of it all.
