Great time with the ones I love!!
Pros:

The location! Walking distance to everything including the beach. The stores right downstairs. Had everything we needed from dishes, toaster, fridge, and microwave.. the pool and Hot tub were a plus

Pros:

Ample space in rooms. So close to everything..concierge and staff went above and beyond, especially on check out day we were able to safely store our luggage and take showers before heading out fir a night flight

Good.
Pros:

Climate beaches shopping.

Cons:

Wifi was not working for 3 days got it resolved after that it was the modem..On level 25 always out of hot water. Had to run all taps in room to get some so a few cold showers. Have stayed here a few times first time having these problems. Staff tried to sort it and very helpful.

Amazing stay! Highly recomended!
Pros:

Location on main beach walk and a few min away from the beach. You can walk to Sheraton and enter main waikiki beach. Clean, good, professional staff

Very disappointed - felt let down by Booking.com rating!
Pros:

The only posistive was the member of staff who did his best (with what he had to work with) to try and improve the situation

Cons:

Our first room was very grubby - we booked a room with 2 beds but the room we were given one of those was a pull down and it was appalling (grubby). A member of staff showed us another room - it was no better - and then finally we were shown a room that DID have 2 beds (and was a "bit" better, but far from great). If it hadn't been so late already we would have bailed and tried to get another hotel. We slept with our clothes on, on top of the beds! Worst experience of our whole trip
