Hotel lindíssimo, simpáticos e profissionais
Pros:

O hotel é excelente, muito bonito de construção típica dos Chalés na Baviera Alpina, hotel muito bem localizado, pois a 5 minutos a pé estamos no centro de Cortina. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos com os seus trajes típicos regionais muito bonitos, tudo muito limpo e asseado. Importante afirmar que reservei o hotel com quase um ano de antecedência e viemos de carro de Portugal e quando chegámos ao hotel o serviço era precisamente igual ao prometido no site, nem mais nem menos ( afirmo isto pois muito hotéis não dão informações reais e omitem factos).

Viel Geld für so kleine Zimmer. Zur Zeit, eine Baustelle im Hotel und auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Das muss in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnt werden.

Pros:

It was a clean and comfortable room with great views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was really good as was the restaurant for dinner.

Cons:

I went on a hiking trip in between my two stays and had to pay €30 for two small pieces of luggage that were kept in the lounge area rather than a secure luggage storage room. The luggage could have easily been stolen.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung
Pros:

Unsere Zimmer lagen ruhig und waren neu eingerichtet, klein aber funktionell. Das Ambiente im Hotel ist sehr schön - viel liebevolle, geschmackvolle Deko. Auf Grund von Umbauarbeiten im Mai war das Restaurant geschlossen und unser Frühstück nahmen wir in einem provisorisch aufgestellten Zelt ein. Die Auswahl an Speisen war in Ordnung, der servierte Kaffee sehr gut und auch das Frühstückspersonal sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Empfang war sehr nüchtern, der junge Mann am Check-in war leider nicht sehr bemüht. Wir wurden weder herzlich empfangen noch gefragt, wie die Anreise war usw. Er übergab uns die Schlüssel und keine Information wo sich unsere Zimmer befinden bzw. Infos zum Urlaubsort. Wir verbrachten hier auf unserer Radtour nur eine Nacht. Auf Grund der Lage würden wir dieses Hotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt empfehlen, da es ins Zentrum leider keinen Fußweg gibt und man die starkbefahrene Straße entlang in den Ort gehen muss, denn die Parkplätze beim Hotel waren spärlich und im Ort sind Parkplätze rar bzw. überteuert.
