The owners of this hotel are definitely not hoteliers, will not recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

The restaurant/bar were good, food was good and service was okay

Cons:

The staff were very young and operated unsupervised. The breakfast area was dirty, coffee machine didn’t work, buffet was not filled so there were big gaps in the buffet.
House keeping team not great, left dirty cleaning clothes in the room and didn’t fill up coffee and milk sachets.
Most disappointing experience is how the staff at reception couldn’t calculate our bill, we left paying our bill in full, only to be then contacted to advise we had short paid and then had to pay in more!

I personally think that $100 is overpriced to use the terrace hot tub, because the hot tub is older and the jets barely

Outstanding - Highly recommended.
Pros:

Very well laid out, spacious and the rooms in the hotel were fantastic. Staff were outstanding! Very polite, highly professional, efficient and very well presented at all times. The food in Palamino’s restaurant was exquisite and the Stornoway Chicken was exceptional. We had a fantastic 2 day stay for work and were made to feel very welcome at all times.

I paid for a delux room I was room 23 I had a baby with me and there was someone on the balcony beside me playing music too all hours also I requested a travel cot and it was broken so had to sleep with the baby in bed with us also got a iron from reception and it was black it had burnt something previously when I went to iron my top the black marks have been transferred on to my T-shirt
