Look forward to returning !
Pros:

Young lady at desk so helpful as we were en route to a wedding and she showed us the map online ( via the back roads ) .. bed comfiest …would to prefer table service at breakfast ( my husbands had a stroke ) . Dining room staff brilliant ! Vg

Pros:

Bellissimo ambiente generale, con parcheggio privato gratuiro, tanto spazio e terrazze. Camere un po' piccole per il rpezzo pagato, con poca organizzazione degli spazi. In generale, non da' l'idea di un 5 stelle!
Ben pulito e con letti molto comodi.Buona colazione. Staff molto cortese.

Nice hotel stay
Pros:

The room was modern and bright.
The bathroom and shower were great.
The food in the restaurant in the evening was realy delicious.
Breakfast was good just a bit chaotic at the coffee machines.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. The headboard was thick with dust. There were lots of weeds growing just outside the patio window.
The music from the hallway was very loud.

Great place to stay, would happily stay there again.
Pros:

The location is great, away from the main road, but easily accessible. The rooms are to a uniformly good standard. Food in the attached Palomino’s restaurant is excellent.
Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Minor comment - the bedside light couldn’t be operated without getting out of bed and no means of charging a phone by the bed.

Rooms were far too hot. Fan on the go from check in. And heatin on! Which couldn’t be turned off. Most uncomfortable nights sleep

The owners of this hotel are definitely not hoteliers, will not recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

The restaurant/bar were good, food was good and service was okay

Cons:

The staff were very young and operated unsupervised. The breakfast area was dirty, coffee machine didn’t work, buffet was not filled so there were big gaps in the buffet.
House keeping team not great, left dirty cleaning clothes in the room and didn’t fill up coffee and milk sachets.
Most disappointing experience is how the staff at reception couldn’t calculate our bill, we left paying our bill in full, only to be then contacted to advise we had short paid and then had to pay in more!

I personally think that $100 is overpriced to use the terrace hot tub, because the hot tub is older and the jets barely
