Was superb ,clean plenty of room really enjoyable
Great restaurant for evening meal
No fridge in room
I loved the room - they gave us a junior suite
No EV charger
Dinner very good, Room Excellent value. Breakfast OK cooked breakfast had been sitting for a while should be freshly made. Coffee and tea making overly complicated for self service with staff standing around. Better to have staff making and serving tea/coffee.
Quality of cooked breakfast
Waited 40 mins to be served and had to ask for menu and go to bar as waitresses didn't approach
Room hot Dyson Aircon wasn't very cool and hairdryer stopped working but receptionist provided another
Nowhere near a 5 star establishment. No air-conditioning, bathroom was small, weird door that allowed you to be on the toilet while someone was in the shower. No additional facilities apart from a restaurant and bar that served over priced gastro pub grub. Clean though and if you were there for a certain horse themed event then fair enough but by no means a 5 star establishment unfortunately.
Gastronomen wissen so etwas eigentlich.
The beautiful surroundings and the lodge itself was wooden and beautiful
May be keep some facial tissue boxes.
The overall idea and vibe of the stay was good.
In our lodge there was a strong damp smell. Similar to that of used dirty water that had been left. When making complaint there was no care given. We also communicated via email and almost a week on and no reply from management either. Even although we were told someone would reply.
Every thing was great
Nothing
The vista
The lack of respect to the environment by the staff of all departments.
