Bel établissement, ambiance dynamique
Pros:

L emplacement, le personnel, la baie, la zone transat, la chambre, le rapport qualité/prix, le "all inclusive".

Cons:

Établissement très grand, bruyant, la nourriture n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4*, plats gras sauf les viandes et poissons grillés très bons. Les jus de fruit et desserts sont vraiment chimiques.

Sunbeds always occupied with towels, not people and stuff is not paying attention to that. It’s more of a people problem, not stuff, but still would be nice to have this under control

assolutamente lo staff tanto gentile! ringraziamo Valeria Rafael e Ross per l’accoglienza ricevuta!! anche parlando in italiano ci hanno capito e coccolato come persone di famiglia. Hanno un grande cuore.

peccato per i corridoi stretti e non decorati con qualche quadro caratteristico e ascensori un po’ vecchi ma cose inutili se sei li per il relax

Het personeel, de kamer, de variatie bij het eetmoment, voldoende animatie (zonder zich op te dringen), de faciliteiten in het algemeen, de omgeving errond, de orde en netheid.

Cons:

De onduidelijkheid over waarborg handdoek en dranktokens mag duidelijker vermeld bij de aankoop van je hotelkamer (we kregen de informatie pas bij aankomst) alsook de betaling van de bedjes aan het water (ondanks dat we deze niet gebruikt hebben).

El horario del vuelo con el del hotel no eran compatibles y sin problema alguno pudimos entrar antes de tiempo y disfrutar de la instalación tanto en la entrada como en la salida

La vue sur mer, la chambre et son minifrigo et le personnel très serviable et agréable.

Cons:

Le bruit dans la salle de restauration, le buffet de dessert décevant, pas de bonne qualité. L’eau de la piscine très froide et les transats les uns à côté des autres.
