Please note that according to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990 minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Pros:

Hotel pratico e bastante limpo. Toalhas e lencois de boa qualidade. Ducha forte e quentinha. Otima localizacao com varios restaurantes proximos, e da pra ir para a Paulista a pe, com um pouco de disposicao.

Cons:

A cama poderia ser um pouco maior.

La ubicación es muy buena, con restaurantes muy buenos cerca y acceso a todo. Pieza muy amplia

Cons:

El desayuno dejó mucho que desear, muy básico, el pan no estaba fresco. La infraestructura está un poco fuera de tiempo. La pieza no tiene aire para calentar, solo para enfriar. El ascensor a veces no funcionaba.
