Friendly reception. Secure underground parking. Located close to shops and restaraunts. Close to the beach.

Cons:

We booked a superior apart but the unit we got was tired and needed a face lift. No water views was a let down for us.

I will be back hopefully under better circumstances for a holiday.
Pros:

I was staying at the property due to my Dad being in hospital. They were so understanding about me extending my stay multiple times and made an extremely stressful situation that little bit easier. I cannot express how grateful I am.

All was great.

Pros:

We verbleven een nacht op doorreis. Het appartement was erg groot en schoon. Alles wat je nodig had, was aanwezig. Fijne locatie aan het strand.

The apartment was very clean, well located across from Torquay beach, very spacious and quiet. We really snjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

It was nowhere near as good as a previous stay in the same complex.
Pros:

The apartment was okay and I was allowed access earlier than the designated check in time. However, the seating in the lounge area was not very comfortable at all. I have stayed at this complex before in a three-bedroom unit and would have scored everything as excellent for that.

Cons:

I had many problems with the television and how to access the channels. There were no instructions whatsover and nobody to contact after 5 pm.
