Le Park aquatique est très vieux, les toboggans anciens font mal en glissant dessus, le sol de la piscine se soulève, l’eau est très froide pour les petits. tout ceci est a refaire …
Le petit déjeuné est grand mais finalement pas grand chose et pas de tres bonne qualité.

Geweldige tijd gehad en mijn kinderen ook.
Pros:

De sfeer, de lieve en vriendelijke personeel in heel het hotel, ze waren stuk voor stuk heel behulpzaam. Uiteraard de animatie en de locatie was ook top. Dit is mijn 2e keer hier in dit hotel dus ik zal hier zeker weer komen met mijn kinderen.

Cons:

Dat je de handdoeken moeten huren voor de ligbedden. Misschien handig dat je die handdoeken krijgt bij het inchecken en in moet leveren bij het uitchecken. En het buitenzwembad mag wel iets warmer rond deze tijd in oktober.

L accueil était très mauvais par l hôtesse très désagréable, une attente interminable pour avoir notre chambre, heureusement que le bagagiste était là encore merci à lui qui à tout fait pour nous.

Great location near the airport and city center. Friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and AC works great. Waterpark and pools are super fun for kids with plenty of sunbeds. Drink quality at the bars (open till 23:00) is excellent with branded soft drinks. Night shows are great.

Cons:

The main reason for 4 stars is the language barrier—staff only speak French and almost no English. We asked multiple times to unlock our safe box, but nobody understood us, so we had to carry our documents everywhere. In the room, the shower had no door, flooding the bathroom floor every time. Food/desserts had little variety and were very repetitive, though taste and quality were good. Pool chlorine level felt a bit high, and pool-view rooms get loud music until late night.

Een fijn verblijf voor een combinatie van bezoek aan de stad en en nog een beetje relaxen bij het zwembad.
Pros:

We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad. De kamers en de openbare ruimtes zien er netjes uit.
Na een dag slenteren in het centrum was het wel fijn dat we buiten op het terras bij het zwembad nog een drankje konden drinken.

Cons:

De accommodatie ligt niet op loopafstand van het centrum, maar een taxi is snel geregeld en ben je met ongeveer 10 min in het centrum.
