It served a purpose for one night, but I would not stay any longer and I would not return.

Etwas rundown, laut, aber geräumig und mit allem, was man braucht.
Pros:

Lage nah am Stanley Park und English bay. Bis direkt vor der Haustüre, ebenso Restaurants und Supermarkt. Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren und eigtl. Alles, was man so braucht, war da. Geräumig für 4 Erwachsene war das Appartement im 4. Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern (Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Queenbett sowie ein Singke Bett im Wohnbereich (Nummer 423) mit Blick auf die Beach auch. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Sehr run down. Altes Gebäude, einfaches Fensterverglasung, daher sehr laut. Man hört die Leute draußen reden, feiern oder die Sirenen der Feuerwehr und Polizei sehr laut. Teppichboden ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, könnte aber hygienischen Gründen ausgewechselt werden. Im Bad hatten die Fugen einige schwarze Stellen an der Badewanne. Auch in der Küche sind deutlich Abnutzung Spuren zu erkennen. Insgesamt fanden wir es sauber so gut, wie es beurteilen konnten, haben aber nicht in jede Ecke geschaut. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig und könnten mal geputzt werden, da auf dem Dach viele Tauben wohnen, sind sie zum Teil voll geschissen. Wenn man mehrere Tage in Vancouver ist und es gemütlicher haben möchte, sollte man sich noch woanders umschauen, wobei der Preis im Verhältnis in Ordnung war. Wir waren nur zum schlafen, daher für unsere okay.
