Warm, comfortable, clean and welcoming.
Pros:

We had been here about 22 years ago and we were really impressed with the staff and our room. We had always wanted to come back and we did. Lots of new buildings but the hospitality was the same as the last time. Friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a bonus.

Great Zion Hotel
Pros:

Great central location. Springdale shuttle stops in front of hotel. Easy process for breakfast at Porters.

Pros:

The proximity to the park, bike rentals, and restaurants was superb! The views were outstanding! Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hot tub was dirty with bugs (upkeep might be challenging). A cockroach was in our bathroom but food gets brought in by guests so it didn’t faze me.

Basic rooms, hallways stunk, good location
Pros:

Basic room in a good location. The room itself was fine, but the hallway of the building absolutely reeked of an overpowering perfume trying unsuccessfully to cover up a musty odor. Nice grounds that included penned goats and turkeys, plus wild deer wandering through. Gift shop and bakery were great. Breakfast at Porter's was very good. The overall feeling when I left was that I was underwhelmed considering what we paid, and would not choose this hotel again.

Pros:

Great location Great pool and Hot tub Beautiful view Easy bus access to Zion. Loved this place and the Easter Egg Hunt for the kids was so fun. Also the restaurant breakfast vouchers were awesome! The food was yummy 😋

Great stay and good value
Pros:

Great location and easily accessible to park either by bus or walk 15-20 minutes. Comfortable room and beds and breakfast is great!

Cons:

There’s stain mark in the comforter.

Cons:

Lärm im Zimmer durch angrenzende Geräte (Klimaanlage, Dusche) sehr laut immer wieder die ganze Nacht.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Inn.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great. The room was nice and the location was great. They have a nice facility for doing laundry.

Cons:

After each use of the bath and hand towels, they gave off a fuzzy residue that we had to wipe off of us and our clothes.
