Brilliant location, great staff, and comfortable stay
Pros:

This is a great hotel! Fab location, plenty of car parking, comfortable rooms AND there’s a mini farm at the back of the property with goats and ducks. Very cute. Reception were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is at a neighbouring restaurant with a voucher system. Delicious! We were in early and by the time we left there was a queue so very popular restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like about this property. Full marks from us!

Perfect spot to stay while visiting Zion National Park
Pros:

great location in Springdale - located at stop 3 on the Springdale line which takes you to Zion. Breakfast was great and the town is so nice!

A good one-night stay but a little more expensive than other comparable hotels on our trip.
Pros:

Very modern and clean hotel in the heart of Springdale - makes use of Porters restaurant next door for breakfast, which was a nice meal.

Cons:

Nothing, although it is quite expensive, but that could be Springdale all over.

Pros:

the breakfasts included at porters were exceptional. the bus shuttle stp is right next to the hotel. enjoyed the goats/turkeys/deer on the property. Who knew turkeys ate carrots? grandkids truly enjoyed the animals.
