Great affordable spot near Sedona
Pros:

It was an affordable great location. Sedona is expensive and we were very happy to find a nice place in our budget. There were several restaurants within easy walking distance and access to several trailheads as well. They have a great shared access balcony to enjoy the sunsets and stargazing. The clerk was very helpful with information about the area and recommendations.

Cons:

The hallways could be a little noisy but fortunately we had courteous neighbors. We had to unplug the lamp to have a plug for my phone.

Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect, walkable to hiking and restaurants, and the room was very clean and beyond what we expected. There were lots of nice touches in the room (heater in the bathroom, moveable reading light, dish soap for the sink). We were very happy and hope to be back again.

Fantastic stay in Sedona
Pros:

The room size is great with a living room section and especially having a microwave was great. The location is walkable to Bell rock trails which was a great activity in the evening.

The receptionist was super helpful too in informing us on the things to do, where to eat, etc.

Cons:

A bit far from the main area of Sedona.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Nice location. Minutes away to bell rock trail head. Very clean and comfortable stay. Nice staff gave us very helpful information of local restaurants, trails, etc..

Cons:

The bathroom faucet is a bit annoying. I understand that they’re trying to save water. However, have to push the faucet all the time to get the water is a bit too much.

WARNING!!!! MAJOR LOUD CONSTRUCTION JUST STARTED!!!
Pros:

WITHOUT THE LOUD CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR THIS PLACE WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME! Being woken up early, and the continual pounding was horrible.

Cons:

At 7:15 A.M. on Saturday they started. Music, sawing, etc.. Music stopped briefly. Then restarted at 7:30 with continual banging / hammering. Really loud and right outside my window.
Great room and hotel facility. But not if you like to sleep in on the weekends. (I can't imagine how early the loud noises start during the week!)
