Great stay
Pros:

Comfortable rooms and a great location. MRT right next to the hotel, making it very convenient to explore Singapore. Highly recommended!

Superior location for public transportation while meeting basic needs.
Pros:

Location takes the crown. Being next to the MRT BLUE LINE is super convenient. Friendly and courteous staffs.

Cons:

Facility offering is pretty bare-bone. My room was a closet (two twin beds wall to wall!). There are no outlets near the beds for charging your phones. The only outlets are at the foot of the bed at the desk area. The bathroom is small. I’m 5’2” and the shower seems small to me, I cannot imagine what a taller or bigger person would feel in there. Only bath towels were provided, no wash clothes, no hand towels. The bathroom did not have an active vent fan. The whole room feels damp after a couple of showers and being in a hot climate, you need to shower at least a couple of times a day. There’s no laundry facilities. Per policy the early and late check in/out is charged by the hour. Certainly feels like the Spirit Airline hotel version.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. An excellent location right by the MRT and a short walk to many attractions. Lots of food outlets and cafes nearby. Staff were very friendly. Pool well maintained.

Cons:

My room was very small but that was reflected in the price and it would not put me off staying here again

Room is too small, shower area has no enclosure making it too messy after bath, and possible slippage due to wet floor

Excellent staff, location and facilities
Pros:

A good size room for Singapore and the hotel is located right next to an MRT station. Very clean and well equipped. It was great to swim in the pool after a hot day. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Good choice for short stay.
Pros:

V Hotel Bencoolen is the perfect accommodation for a short stay in Singapore. The location is convenient for most Singapore attractions: 20 min walking to Marina Bay, City Centre, and everything else. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is clean. The breakfast is acceptable. Better-quality coffee would be greatly appreciated. The staff is exceptional. I recommend it.
