Communication with the staff was smooth and we were greeted very pleasantly by Sayyid at the reception.
The hotel location was great and the breakfast was plentiful. Overall we had a very pleasant and successful 3 night visit.

Fijn hotel op een perfecte locatie in Singapore.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is echt ideaal: vlak bij een MRT-station en op loopafstand van verschillende leuke wijken, bezienswaardigheden en veel eetgelegenheden. Vanuit het hotel konden we Singapore dan ook gemakkelijk verkennen.
Onze kamer was wat aan de kleine kant, maar wel netjes, schoon en vooral heerlijk rustig. De bedden waren prima en we hebben er goed geslapen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de service was goed.

Cons:

Een klein verbeterpuntje: we hadden het fijn gevonden als er naast de badhanddoeken ook een klein handdoekje voor het afdrogen van je handen aanwezig was.

We had a stressful start to our trip when our airline delayed our luggage, but Kelli at reception was exceptionally helpful and understanding to the point of extending our check-out time to much later in the day, even offering to help and have our luggage sent to the the Hotel (which wasn't needed in the end, thankfully).
Overall the hotel itself is decent and very reasonably priced for the location.
It's an easy walk to many of the major shopping and dining districts and super close to the Bencoolen Metro station if it's too hot to walk.
Can easily recommend for anyone on a budget looking for a basic room with exceptionally helpful staff.
