We needed to stay there because we had already booked the hotel and the booking can’t be refund.
Pros:

I don’t like anything about the facility and it was horrible to be in that facility. When we reached there if not our money cannot be refund we will have canceled our booking and go to another facility.

Cons:

Their service was horrible. They don’t clean the rooms and when checked out they accuse of making the place dirty.

The room was newly renovated and very nice overall.
Pros:

Office staff and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even gave us some ice from their own private refrigerator.

Cons:

The location seemed a little sketchy so we didn’t venture off the property.

3 sisters stay
Pros:

Room was new and clean.

Cons:

Breaker flipped ran out of hot water while showering. A small stand between beds for phones and such would have been helpful. I see an ironing board but no iron, but most people would not need one. Location was OK but didn't like it at night I ran to the corner store didn't really feel safe so I didn't go out at night. We ran out of towels before the front desk was open.

Cons:

They canceled my reservation even though it was paid. Although there were free rooms and they could verify that I had paid for my reservation, they took a long time to fix the situation and give me a room. 3 hours took nightmare with my wife and little son waiting. I would never go back to that hotel.

Communication with staff was pleasant and responsive prior to check in. The location was convenient.

Cons:

I understood that the hotel changed ownership, and was in process of being renovated. The room where we stayed in felt unfinished - there was no nightstand between the beds, and there were no hangers in the exposed closet. There was a strong chemical fragrance smell in the room. The door did not fully close which was concerning, but we were able to lock it at night. I suspect we got the last room because of our late arrival from the airport. We sucked it up because it was one night stay before moving into an Airbnb for the remainder of our visit in Lake Worth.
