Tidy budget hostel for short stays
Pros:

It was clean and they helped me with late check-in. The location is central and easily accessible by public transportation.

Cons:

Had to put the bed sheets on myself and reaching the hostel was a bit of a challenge due to ongoing construction work

I had a great stay for one week at Rumi Hostel.
Pros:

The kitchen, toilets, bathrooms, and other common areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained. The hotel sits at the top of a small hill, and the view from the communal dining room is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of part of Trondheim’s historic city centre and the fjord.

Pros:

Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, definitiv überdurchschnittlich gut. Zimmer waren sauber, duschen groß und viele. War schon in einigen Hostels und das war sicher eines der besseren! Noch nie so eine gut organisierte Küche erlebt, echt top wenn einem sowas wichtig ist. Wäsche waschen war günstig und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Kein direkter Ladestecker bei den oberen Betten. Lage ca. 20min vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß.

Very comfortable Hostel and excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Only minimal kitchen facilities for self catering. Slightly tough uphill route to Hostel from railway station

Pros:

Schone gedeelde wc en keuken, en daarnaast in het gedeelde stukje van onze unit ook nog een eettafel en zithoek. Dat gaf een hoop extra ruimte boven op de kamer zelf.
Het hostel gaf goede tips voor activiteiten, restaurants e.d. in de omgeving.
Er is een wasmogelijkheid, maar daarvoor moet je wel met een speciale sleutel de naastgelegen studentenflat in, dus daar moet je zin in hebben. Maar wel heel fijn dat het personeel dit faciliteerde!
De omgeving was rustig. Er is een supermarkt op loopafstand.
