Good place, great staff.
Pros:

A very good place to stay; the staff is very friendly. Check-in was quick, and the room generally has everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is close to several tourist attractions and the train station.

Cons:

The shower drain was clogged, and water was pooling in the shower because it drained very slowly. The Wi-Fi wasn't working well, and when it did work, it was very slow.

Volveremos.
Pros:

Buena ubicación. Cerca de todo caminando. Muy buena la atención. Gente muy amable tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. Resalto la atención del personal del desayuno, Giacomo, Krisztina y Giovanni, siempre pendientes y amables.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

Location was great within walking distance to all the iconic sites except the Vatican, great restaurants, shopping near by. The breakfast staff: Giacomo and Paolo were so attentive and welcoming, Antonio the bartender was also great. We recommend eating at Clementino restaurant. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

Cons:

Our room was a bit too small, but accommodating.

Pros:

I've been to many hotels in Europe and I've never come across a hotel like this. I booked a room for five and a baby and we got a huge room, divided into three. There was plenty of space, clean and tidy. The staff made sure to fill the minibar with drinks and treats, and in general the staff was courteous. Full value for the price.

Muy agradable
Pros:

Desayuno bastantre variedad, Ubicación a 10 minmutos del Coliseo, Habitación tranquila.
Hacía m,uchisimo calor esos días en Roma, felizmente en el hotel temperatura fantastica con aire acondicionado

Cons:

Tamaño habitación para 4 personas algo justo
No existe pared en baño, si usas ducha se despiertan todos los de la habitación
Estuvimos en un primer piso, vistas hacia patio de luces y escaleras.

Pros:

Bardzo miły personel. Wszyscy uśmiechnięci i chętni do pomocy. Było czysto, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Sprzątane na bieżąco. Bardzo dobrze spędziłam mój pobyt, chętnie wrócę w to samo miejsce znowu. Hotel jest też usytuowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu do zwiedzania- wszędzie można dojść na piechotę, blisko też z dworca Termini. Otoczenie hotelu też bardzo ładne i bezpieczne. Zdecydowanie na plus był dach i możliwość chillowania tam na kanapach. ;)

It was excellent!! Even the whole shower thing wasn’t a big deal. We made it work. Also the AC was awesome!!!
Pros:

Everything was as expected. Room was great. Beds were very comfortable. Also the room was done up every day. We came back to fresh towels and beds made. Especially after a long day in Rome this made it so much better to come back to.

Cons:

Only one thing and it’s very minor for some and major for others. The bathroom doesn’t have a privacy door for the shower. It has the makeshift divider that you can just put up and that is your privacy when you’re taking a shower. The toilet is in a separate room which is obvious.
