Sehr schönes Hotel gelegen an der Gran Via.

Wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, direkt an der Gran Via gelegen. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allem Attila an der Rezeption war sehr nett!

Coole Rooftop-Bar und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Kaffeemaschine mit Illy-Kaffee im Zimmer.

Cons:

Manchmal etwas lauter in den Gängen, trotzdem würden wir wieder buchen.

El hotel es cómodo , céntrico , limpieza bastante buena. El desayuno es bueno y variado. Agradecer la amabilidad de Belén en recepción y Álvaro de mantenimiento, ellos me ayudaron mucho porque la cremallera de mi maleta se estropeo.

Location. Freindly staff. Great roof top bar.

Cons:

Construction in lobby and gym. Very loud and very smelly. Room wasn't ready when we checked in. Lights were crossed wired and confusing. Room very small and hard to walk around the bed
