Great location next to Gran Via yet very quiet hotel. Lovely rooms with some thoughts that have gone into decorating them. Good showers and products. The pool is gorgeous

Fint och personligt hotell med lite extra lyx, terrassen är inte jättestor men väldigt trevlig.
Jag fick ett handskrivet brev med lite olivolja som var väldigt trevligt och du får en del engångsartiklar på rummet som kan vara praktiskt! Och andra roliga smådetaljer som vattenautomat i gången och termosflaska på rummet att fylla på, det kändes som ett väldigt genomtänkt och nytt hotell. Mycket kul att bo på.
Jag kommer gärna och bor här igen, centralt beläget och nära tunnelbane stoppet, shopping såsom primark och pull & bear finns inom gångavstånd på några minuter och restauranger osv. Och wow! Vattentrycket i duschen!!!

Cons:

Det enda som drog ner vistelsen var min placeringar på rummet och att man kunde höra in från dörren ganska lätt, utanför min dörr tror jag att det fanns ett förråd som städpersonalen behövde öppna ganska ofta och det lät väldigt mycket med öppnandet och stängandet där, däremot fanns det öronproppar som hotellet hade vid sängen tillsammans med ögonbindel som jag lät bli att använda när jag hörde detta under siestan. Så det gick bra men det är den enda förbättringen jag kan tänka mig.

Great location, cool place to stay.

The location is very central- right on Grand Via and walking distance to main attractions. The facilities were also pretty modern.

Location was ideal. Staff was friendly and helpful

Tried to use pool and there were no clean towels. Waited for over 45 min and none arrived and eventually gave up

Ubicación excepcional, en pleno Gran Vía, a 5 minutos de la puerta del sol. Tanto para hacer turismo como para ir de compras, restaurantes... Además las habitaciones están muy bien aisladas por lo que aun tratandose de una zona tan turistica no se aprecia desde la habitación. La cama es comodísima.

Cons:

Tuve la mala suerte de que coincidimos con un grupo de jovenes que se pusieron a gritar a las 3 de la mañana, nada que ver con el hotel, que gestionaron la incidencia con mucha diligencia y rapidez.

Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuss erreichbar, beste Lage!!!! Tolle Rooftops in der Nähe.

Sehr schönes Hotel gelegen an der Gran Via.
Pros:

Wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, direkt an der Gran Via gelegen. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allem Attila an der Rezeption war sehr nett!

Coole Rooftop-Bar und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Kaffeemaschine mit Illy-Kaffee im Zimmer.

Cons:

Manchmal etwas lauter in den Gängen, trotzdem würden wir wieder buchen.
