Clean up the concerns
Pros:

No towel on the floor of the bathroom marble floor. Elders slipped but left second day out of 7-day stay arrangement

The restaurant had less than needed hands at breakfast and dinner.

The service was not the best. 🙏🙏

Safe and close to the airport.
Pros:

Great hotel close to the airport. Good service. Restaurant and pool.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen und das Buffet.

Cons:

Sehr abgenutzte Ausstattung, fast alles im Bad kaputt, Wasser Druck fast null, es kommt nur heißes Wasser aus dem Hahn. Waschen fast unmöglich.Dusche mit sehr dunklen braunen ,alten Fliesen belegt so das man Angst hat dort reinzugehen .Waschtischablage aus Holz was sich teilweise bereits aufgelöst hat.
Generell sehr schlechter Zustand des Hotels.

The staff need to be professional in receiving guest and checking them out.
Pros:

The location is great and the breakfast had a good range of food.

Cons:

The staff were extremely unprofessional and wasted my (and other guest) time during check in. When I inquired why I had waited for more than 30 minutes after almost 12 hours flight, her response was very uncaring and unprofessional. She was on phone chatting (which was not connected to work). I have some pictures of her in the act. Other guest complain of the long wait. They were doing the check in 'together' before allocating rooms. That is strange. You have to check in each guest and allow them into their room rather than doing it batches of unrelated guests. The same thing happened during check-out, and one white lady also complained (I have a picture of this as well).

Will always stays at Ibis for the distance to the airport, the shuttle service and a good breakfast.
