Cons:

Room serviced daily but provision of Bath and floor towels were inadequate for two people. I had to phone for extra provisions.

They don’t have any complimentary toiletries
The room facilities were disappointing
On arrival there wasn’t a receptionist. The security guard had to support which was difficult as cars were also arriving at the hotel at the same time

"strong sewage stench"/ smell in the room and stained towels & beddings(not white).
Pros:

The restaurant staff and the porters were friendly.

Cons:

A very "strong sewage stench"/ smell in the room. The receptionist were not friendly or helpful. Towels were discoloured and stained. Bedding was also stained. For the money paid per night this is totally unacceptable.

Pros:

Breakfasts looks good but not able to eat

Cons:

No telephone in the room and no information on how to communicate with the reception. Bathed cold water both at a night and morning . No hot water running in the room. No single piece of bottle water in the room and was asked to pay for breakfast after paying $150 per night . Really frustrated stay
