Very good but perhaps getting too big and losing that personal touch
Pros:

Kingdom rooms are always well appointed and comfortable, the location is good and staff are friendly. The facilities are ever improving.

Cons:

This is the second time we have been there when we have reported something wrong with the room. The first time the fridge was missing shelves, and this time the wine Fridge sounded like an aeroplane taking off. We reported it immediately after we unpacked. They (receptiopn) promised to have it looked at and it never was. I'm finding more and more that that service level is dropping which is very disappointing in previous times when there was an issue that came and resolved very quickly

Amazing place! Highly recommend
Pros:

Amazing place! We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless. Everything exceeded our expectations. The facilities were 10/10, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. My son really had an amazing time

Cons:

The only downside was the dinner buffet, which was quite pricey for the very limited selection offered. Service at dinner was also slow, as the waiters took a long time to attend to guests.
