Guests can unwind by the main swimming pool or savor a delicious meal at the Acacia Terrace Café. The resort also boasts the nearby Splash Kingdom Water Park for family fun and a children's playground on-site.

It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.

This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.

Please note that the resort cannot guarantee villas, suites or chalets booked are located close to one another.

The use of braai’s (barbecues) is restricted to accommodations where the facility is provided at the unit itself.

Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place at the resort, to ensure the health of the animals on our reserve. All guests are therefore asked to do their part in helping us keep this well managed, by agreeing to have vehicle tires sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and to walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival. These measures help prevent the spread of the disease and protect the animals on the property

Beautiful place, has everything one could need on a Family Vacay, relaxing and lots of activities

Beautiful peaceful resort that has everything inside. Exceptional from the welcome we got at the gate, friendly staff, our room was clean and smelling fresh. Safe environment and the 3 pools were all great. Ideal place for family vacay, kids hav3 lots to do here. I felt no need to go to SunCity because this place has everything!

Cons:

The WiFi was terrible, literally we had no connection in our room. All and we'll during the day because we out but before bed its nice to catch up on some socials and some nice watch on our phones/laptops so the WiFi situation passed me off. Hope the Resort do something soon because I really want to come back.

Just what we needed!
Pros:

Lovely clean accomodation, with a stunning view of the water and bird life. Selma was very hospitable and prepared a phenomenal cooked breakfast for us! We very pleased we booked here as part of one of our overnight stays

Access to electric appliances
Pros:

The venue was clean 👌,location perfect and even activities were fun and affordable.

Cons:

The stuff at the reception were not polite at all very impatient.
I didn't like the idea that when I needed iron.
I had to leave my ID or drivera license or money in exchange of it.
Can it please be indicated on the reservations that we need to bring our own iron.
It will save time to drive from the rooms to the reception.
