Location and room was fine.

Cons:

The guest in the next room was yelling and screaming all night. A first she was yelling she felt unsafe, and didnt want to be here anymore, this sounding like a DV situation i phoned reception to call police, then it continued so I called police, when police arrive they asked her name DOB and address, the guest did not have a permanent address to exit too, they then asked if she was OK and to keep the noise down, also to pay for the milk and energy drink she had stolen from the kitchen pantry, police then told the guest if they came back she would have to leave, this was when it was clear this was not a DV situation as there was only 1 guest, she went quite for a couple of hours, after mightnight she then continued to yell and cry in the hallway every half hour. The guest's behaviour was evident she was not in a great mental state, and should not have been alone in a motel room.

Well located in busy commercial centre
Pros:

Proximity to medical treatment rooms, shopping mall and cafes. Availability of an inhouse restaurant.

Cons:

Paid public car park parking effectively adds $15 a day to the cost of the accommodation. More than that parking places are hard to find because the carpark is adjacent to the Canberra Institute of Technology, shopping mall and a busy construction site.

The worst Accommodation I have stayed in in Canberra..definitely not value for money
Pros:

Location was convenient that’s the only positive

Cons:

Lack of facilities… no gym … outdated room decor… uncomfortable bed … the smell of cleaning chemicals was very unpleasant… old carpet pillows on the bed only 3 I asked for an additional pillow it took 2 hours to arrive….
