There was no table suitable for working or for eating meals, just a very low coffee table. There was one chair, not two, in a double room, and it was at a height suitable for a table, not a coffee table. To be fair, the description did not promise a table, but the hotel does cater to business travellers and people who want to prepare food in their room; the lack of a table was unexpected. Further, I paid extra for high-speed WiFi, but there was no high-speed WiFi, just the standard WiFi.

Great place to stay but a few things need urgent attention
Pros:

Location was good and the room size was excellent. Room facilities were great and the heating was very good. Check in and reception staff were great.

Cons:

The bed was terrible. 2 king singles stuck together to form a king. The mattresses were so bad. They each sagged terribly so with the centre joint raised it was impossible to use as a double bed. It was like sleeping in a hammock. We even stripped the beds and flipped the mattresses ourselves, but it didn't help. Pretty much no sleep for our entire stay. Reception was advised at checkout. As this is a top floor room, the roof was directly above. There was a constant tapping sound every few seconds which kept us awake for hours. I can only assume it was the condensate drain from the roof mounted aircon outdoor unit dripping into the box gutter. A bit like water torture. For some reason the TV was possessed and turned on by itself every night at 1:30 am!

Would stay again.
Pros:

Great Location and easy to travel too. Great restaurant on the ground floor or across the car park to a huge club. The rooms are spacious and with facilities good enough to cook a meal and it has a dishwasher!

Good, it could have been better.

Good location for what we were doing.

Cons:

The person on the front desk had no interest in recommendations for improvement. We had trouble with the card in the lift as well as starting the TV in the room. Maybe there should be a info sheet in the room for operating the TV or maybe have a TV that just switches on like a normal TV. When these were raised with the person on the desk, he had no interest what so ever - pretty poor for someone that is in the hospitality industry.
