Pros:

The location is everything, including the room for the breakfast. AC worked perfectly!

Cons:

Staff is not very proactive, I didn't felt like I was in a Hotel. There's a funny smell on the hallways and lift, maybe it's just Mantova humidity.
My bedroom had an amazing view but a tiny window, a little bit funny. The fridge made noises at night, so I decided to turn it off and there was a lamp for the desk that didn't work.
