Cons:

Das Zimmer ging auf einen Innenhof raus. Für eine Nacht wäre das OK. Nur in dem Innenhof stand die Air Condition vom Hotel. Und mit lautem Getöse lief diese die ganze Nacht, es war wie in einem Maschinenraum eines großen Schiffes. Man muss sich zwar auch die Frage stellen, ob das Sinn macht, bei Außentemperaturen von 25 Grad die Innenräume auf 18 Grad runter zu kühlen und sich dabei eine Erkältung zu holen. Da booking.com von den Hotels bezahlt wird (booking.com hat keine Betten!) über teils sehr hohe Provisionen, ist man als Gast immer wieder Versuche von Betrug, Nepp und Wucher ausgesetzt, und kann da weder von den Hoteliers noch von booking.com Hilfe erwarten. Nachdem es in einem Jahr der dritte Reinfall war, werde ich in Zukunft Übernachtungen direkt beim Hotel buchen, Mietwagen buche ich inzwischen auch woanders.

La camera si affacciava su un cortile interno. Per una notte sarebbe andata bene. Solo che proprio in quel cortile c'era l'impianto di climatizzazione dell'hotel. E ha funzionato tutta la notte con un frastuono assordante, sembrava di essere nella sala macchine di una grande nave. Bisogna però chiedersi se abbia senso raffreddare gli ambienti interni a 18 gradi quando fuori ci sono 25 gradi, rischiando così di prendersi un raffreddore. Dato che booking.com viene pagato dagli hotel (booking.com non ha letti!) con commissioni a volte molto alte, come ospite si è sempre esposti a tentativi di frode, truffa e usura, e non ci si può aspettare aiuto né dagli albergatori né da booking.com. Dopo che in un anno è stata la terza delusione, in futuro prenoterò i pernottamenti direttamente presso l'hotel, mentre ormai prenoto le auto a noleggio anche altrove.

Von der Lage her perfekt für Besichtigungen, sehr freundliche Damen an der Rezeption, Parkerlaubnis für die Zona traffico limitato (ZTL) wurde raschest organisiert, Frühstück in einem mit Fresken geschmückten Saal hat man auch nicht alle Tage. -Da hätte es gar nicht so gut sein müssen, wie es war.

TV für Leute mit anderen als perfekten Italienischkenntnissen nicht nutzbar.

locatie was prachtig, een mooi oud pand grenzend enerzijds aan groot plein en anderzijds bij ingang van stad
