La gentillesse et la bienveillance de l’ensemble du personnel.
Le professionnalisme de Rau , duty manager, qui nous a organisé le tour au Mont Bromo (Inoubliable) et notre transfert à Surabaya en voiture. Grand merci 🙏 spécial à Rau.
L'emplacement si l'on veut se diriger vers le sud ou Bromo. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et très bon. Très calme.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Wir wurden super unterstützt bei unserer Tour zum Mt. Bromo.

Beds could be more comfortable
We only stayed here for one night, and for that it was definitely fine. The rooftop terrace is really cool and offers a great view over the city, which was definitely a highlight. We also had dinner there; the selection and quality was okay. Breakfast was quite good with a nice variety overall. All in all, a solid hotel for a short stay.
The room, especially the bathroom, could have been a bit cleaner. The laundry service charges per item and is extremely overpriced (30€ for about 4kg).
