La tv con netflix e il personale molto disponibile e gentile

Cons:

Putroppo a colazione non si capiva cosa era vegetariano o vegano (non è segnato niente e lo staff parla pochissimo inglese quindi difficile comunicare anche traducendo…non hanno bene in mente il concetto). Una signora della staff ha affermato che avevano solo il pane e frutta, ma altrimenti niente di vegano detto aggiungendo che in ogni cosa ci sarebbe potuto essere salsa di pesce o altri derivati animali. Inoltre non avevano neanche un latte vegetale. In un hotel cosi grande e internazionale da 4 stelle un latte vegetale dovrebbe essere la base! Soprattutto nel 2026.
Inoltre la pulizia non è il massimo, il nostro piano sembrava essere un condominio…molte stanze avevano montagne di piatti sporchi fuori dalle porte sacchi di immondizia etc…in piu in stanza sarebbe da pulire un po meglio il bagno e le poltrone e i divani.
MA PER IL RESTO TUTTO OK!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’établissement est soigné, les équipements sont de qualité et tout est pensé pour le confort des clients. L’accueil est agréable et le rapport qualité-prix très satisfaisant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pros:

In walking distance to train station and most attractions.
Hotel staff were very helpful and english speakers helped book our train tickets. Huge selection of indonesian and western food for breakfast

Great stay with excellent location and service
Pros:

I had a great stay at 101 Malang OJ. The location was excellent, with plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. The hotel’s restaurant was also a highlight—the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay, always friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a gym and pool, which is a nice bonus, although I didn’t get the chance to use them this time.

Le lit est très confortable et le personnel adorable ! Aucun insecte dans la chambre
Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre et la salle de bain sont très fades et sommaires pour ce prix, pareil pour la piscine intérieure et le rooftop. C’est confortable mais c’est très triste, aucun charme

Prijs kwaliteit niet goed
Pros:

De kamer was netjes. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.
We vonden het prijs-kwaliteit echter niet zo goed. Voor deze prijs had ik meer verwacht.

Cons:

Het zwembad is binnen en helemaal niet gezellig om er te zitten. Het water van het zwembad is ook echt koud.
De badkamer was heel krap. Als er iemand in de badkamer staat kan je de deur niet opendoen.
Het bed was heel oncomfortabel. De matras was duidelijk al heel oud en doorgelegen.
De kamers zijn allemaal rond dezelfde gang (van alles verdiepen). Dit is volledig open waardoor je veel lawaai hoort vanop de gang.

Wonderful stay would definitely stay again
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. My wife was unwell during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to get her help. Would definitely recommend to others. The roof terrace is also good with nice food and the breakfast options were unless
