Pros:

El hotel es lindo, tranquilo, bien ubicado. Las camas son cómodas, el baño amplio y bien dotado. El desayuno tipo buffet delicioso, y las personas que atienden en el restaurante son muy amables, respetuosas y pendientes de los huéspedes.
El hotel queda a dos cuadras del metro, tiene supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias y comercio cerca. Tiene wifi, tv con internet.
Muy recomendado.

Cons:

Algunas de las personas que atienden en el lobby ( no todas, de hecho las cambian con frecuencia) son un poco arrogantes y no atienden bien. Otras son muy amables y serviciales.
El hotel no tiene piscina.
A veces se escucha un poquito de ruido de las habitaciones superiores cuando corren cosas. Pero solo fue un poco afortunadamente, nada excesivo.

Pros:

Café da manhã sensacional, quarto confortável, staff educado. A caixinha com café da manhã entregue às 4h da manhã no nosso checkout foi um diferencial que merece ser citado. Ficamos muito gratos e satisfeitos. Recomendo demais!

I loved everything. It being my first time in panama, the staff was very welcoming and warm. They made me super comfortable, will definitely be recommending you to others.

Pros:

The staff was so helpful. The hotel clean my room got cleaned everyday I love it. I would recommend Novotel all day everyday. Definitely staying back there anytime I plan a next trip to Panama. Got upgraded room when I chucked in which made my stay everything.😊
