Pros:

The cleanliness of the hotel.
The staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating.
BreaKfast was very good,and the kitchen staff was accommodating and polite. Cheers to that male chef-- all those lovely omelette.

Excelente hotel, céntrico y cómodo, excelente atención al cliente.
Pros:

Desde que llegué me atendieron excelente, me dieron la habitación muy rápidamente. La habitación fue cómoda y espaciosa, la cama muy cómoda, todo excelente la verdad. El desayuno fue buffet y todo estaba delicioso.
Recomiendo este hotel ampliamente, ubicación céntrica con buenas habitaciones.

Cons:

La pared del cuarto estaba un poquito sucia nada más, por el resto genial, también me parece que es más un hotel como para viajes de negocio.

Pros:

Funcionários atenciosos e disponíveis para ajudar. Café da manhã simples, com opções razoáveis, mesmas opções todos os dias. Localização próxima ao metrô. Checkin e checkout eficientes.

Cons:

Localização em região não satisfatória, existe um córrego com mal cheiro ao lado do Hotel. Chuveiro com pouca pressão de água. Quartos antigos. No frigobar não tem nenhuma opção de bebida. Faz falta uma piscina.
