Pros:

Location was great for arriving by train and getting around the city. Extra space compared to a hotel room was appreciated

Had a little trouble getting hot water for the shower from time to time. Was pretty noisy but was to be expected in it’s city location

Nöjd i det stora hela, men en bra säng med sömn är viktig för hela vistelsen

Bra läge, prisvärt, bra utrustning kök, skönt med balkong, rent i trapphuset,bra säkerhet i dörrar ute och till rummet, lugn innergård, bra service i reception, riklig och god frukost på Ibis,tack för bekväm bäddsoffa

Alldeles för hård säng som jag inte kunde sova i-blev bäddsoffan

Excellent location and rooms, Poor customer service

The location is great as it’s literally on the door step if Munich central station, supermarkets/shops/cafes a close by.

Cons:

I did not receive the email for my entry on instructions, I’m lucky to have walked in the same time as another guest, no directions to the reception in the building, no sign even on the reception door on the 1st floor, I have to call twice for someone to call me back and send the email of instructions, nothing went to my junk, it came straight to my inbox when they sent it which confirms they forgot to send instructions, very poor service.
No iron provided in the room.

Intéressant pour un séjour d'une semaine.
Pros:

Arrivée mitigée (voir plus bas). Grande chambre avec entrée cuisine et salle de bain séparée. La cuisine suffisamment équipée pour faire un repas chaud sans trop de difficultés. Un grand bureau, un coin petit déjeuner, un grand lit, une grande télévision. Une salle de bain très grande (mais qui ne profite pas de la surface qu'elle occupe). Un ascenceur rapide. La présence d'une buanderie pour faire une lessive si besoin. Possibilité de changer les draps si besoin. Proximité d'un parking.

Cons:

Pour la salle de bain, c'est déjà dit. Grand lit (agréable) dont une place est en sous-pente, coin petit déjeuner inutilisable pour deux personnes (impossible de s'asseoir face à face, sauf maigreur pathologique), prises de courant mal disposées. Difficultés pour s'autoenregistrer à l'arrivée quand on est réticent aux smartphones (mais par ailleurs interlocuteur patient et courtois qui nous a guidé pour accéder à la chambre.
Parking cher à proximité (40 euros par jour environ). En ce qui concerne la situation géographique, c'est à côté de la gare… et de la rue préférée des dealers.
