The experience would of been better if the smell of dampness wasn't there and it was clean, working fridge would of been great
The first thing I smelled when I walked in was like a dampness smell , the room hadn't been cleaned as there was a crisp nxt to the bed , the bedding didn't look clean. The bathrooms weren't that great either , the only place that was okay was the kitchen but unfortunately there wasn't a fridge, it was in a corner unplugged, it was so warm aswell fridge would of been appreciated,

Just last morning I need wait for hot water for shower . When I arrive not very fresh air in room

Filthy dirty .. rude staff .. had several issues which we made very clear to the manager and nothing was done about it .. in fact we was totally ignored
Staff very rude, the whole place was filthy from top to bottom, my partner fell in shower and the grab bar came off of the wall and no slip mats provided

Dark in bedroom, it is what it is.. single room downstairs, good price, another pillow would have been nice.
