Ein wirklich sehr charmantes Hotel in der Altstadt. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist spektakulär. Die Lage hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Man mærker, der er kælet for detaljen her. Lyren, symbolet for musik og poesi, er ganske passende.
Pros:

Beliggenheden ud til den smukke Plac Kolegiacki og med meget kort gåafstand til seværdigheder som Stary Rynek og Stary Browar er exceptionel. Der er ingen biler i nærområdet. Hotellet har fine opholdsmuligheder både i den indre smukke gårdhave og udendørs på tagterrasse og på siddepladser ud til pladsen. Værelserne er udstyret med køleskab og elkedel med mulighed for at lave kaffe og te.
Det unge personale er imødekommende og smilende.
Poznan er en by med en afslappet atmosfære kombineret med meget at opleve.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt trotz schönem Hotel
Cons:

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt in der ersten Septemberwoche trotz des insgesamt schönen und ansprechenden Hotels einen enttäuschenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns Zimmer 109 zugewiesen. Dort stellten wir fest, dass das Zimmer weder den Bildern noch der Beschreibung des von uns gebuchten Zimmers entsprach. Auf unsere Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde schließlich bestätigt, dass uns anstelle des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers lediglich ein Superior-Zimmer zugewiesen worden war.
Unsere bereits im April über Booking.com vorgenommene Buchung war eindeutig: Ursprünglich hatten wir ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht und dieses im Mai ausdrücklich auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer upgegradet. Dafür wurde entsprechend der höhere Preis berechnet, der von Booking.com bereits drei Tage vor unserer Anreise abgebucht wurde. Umso weniger nachvollziehbar ist es für uns, dass bei der Anreise dennoch ein deutlich günstigeres Superior-Zimmer vergeben wurde. Eine solche falsche Zimmerzuweisung entspricht aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls dem Standard, den man von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.
Da zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Deluxe-Zimmer mehr verfügbar war, blieb uns letztlich nichts anderes übrig, als das Superior-Zimmer zu akzeptieren. Als Entschädigung wurde uns ein Abendessen für zwei Personen auf der Terrasse inklusive einer Flasche Rotwein angeboten. Diese Geste war sicherlich gut gemeint und wurde von uns auch anerkannt.
Auch bei der Zimmerausstattung sahen wir Raum für Verbesserungen. So haben wir einen Kosmetikspiegel vermisst, und das TV-Angebot bot trotz Satellitenempfang keine deutschen Kanäle. Für sich genommen sind das Details, doch in der Gesamtschau entspricht dies leider nicht dem Niveau, das wir von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet haben.
Besonders schade ist dies, weil das Hotel selbst einen schönen und gepflegten Eindruck macht und durchaus viel Potential hat. Auch das Personal und der Service waren erfreulicherweise freundlich und engagiert. Umso bedauerlicher is
