Lack of transparency ruined my husband's birthday
Pros:

Everything was way below my expectations. The only thing that was better, was the reception ladies and the dinner we ordered. Wasn't the best though

Cons:

The fact that I was clear on my request when I did the booking that I was coming to the facility to celebrate my husband's birthday.I even called to confirm but I was only told about the wellness facility being under renovations. Only to get there and they did not starters and deserts on the menu. Drinks, they only had soft drinks. Wanted tea with lemon and they didn't have lemon. I was so disappointed, that almost ruined the birthday.

Truly a Blue Diamond in the rough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

The staff are amazing! Both night and day staff. They were accommodating on every level, even through a 22:30pm spur of the moment late check-in coming from Cape Town. Amazing service. Highly recommended
