The breakfast was very basic. I realise a buffet breakfast is not always possible but just perhaps a fruit / juice / butter and marmalade and toast and butter served separately.
Clean comfortable and easy access.
The staff were all friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the coffee at breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well located for us to visit our family in Moreleta park.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, and so ou8r ground floor room which normally overlooked a garden area, overlooked a very large pile of scaffolding and building materials. On Monday morning we were woken to half a dozen builders making lots of loud noise, moving scafolding and tools. we could not open the curtains because there would have been no privacy.
The rooms are not "woman" friendly, in as much as plugs for hairdryers, a place to sit, and a mirror are not in one place to be able to to do hair and makeup.
Location
Facility is poorly maintained. Room door couldn’t be opened or locked properly! Taps in water basin one not working no water other one had to be repaired by maintenance while I occupied room. Carpets need cleaning! Staff not very friendly. Overall not a pleasant stay taking into account the amount paid and not the class of boutique hotel that one would expect.
