Gutes Hotel, historisches Gebäude, komfortable Unterkunft.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum, Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig, aber günstig) direkt vor dem imposanten historischen Gebäude. Es ist fest in Familienhand und gut geführt. Die Ausstattung ist nicht modern, aber großzügig und sauber. Lift vorhanden.
Das Frühstück war wie erwartet: Durchschnittlich aber frisch und dazu guter Kaffee.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war üppig und gut.
Empfehlung!

Cons:

Die Flure sind mit Bewegungsmeldern ausgestattet, die recht spät reagieren. Etwas unangenehm in einem stockdunklen Flur einige Meter vorwärts zu gehen, ehe das Licht angeht.

Das Personal ist super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit...habe ich so noch nicht erlebt.

Frühstück sehr viel Auswahl, Restaurant sehr gut 👍 👌

Cons:

Die Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Erneuerung, zumindest die älteren. Einige Zimmer wurden wohl schon erneuert. Ganz klarer Minuspunkt sind die Teppiche in dem hotel, bei Hunde erlaubt ( was ich sehr begrüße) finde ich nicht so gut.

Sauberkeit in den Gängen, gerade da wo die Massage Sessel stehen ist handlungsbedarf was die Sauberkeit angeht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war katastrophal,es war das kleinste Zimmer im ganzen Hotel, man kam kaum ins Bett und herausfallen konnte man tatsächlich nicht. Der Preis war viel zu hoch, ich habe 71,30 € bezahlt, obwohl laut Prospekt 44,50 € ein Eintelzimmer b
kostet. Ich hätte es sowieso reklamiert und möchte mindestens die Differenz von Ihnen ersetzt haben.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer zum Innenhof, dadurch war es sehr leise morgens. Das Person ist super freundlich und es war alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind extrem durchgelegen und sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Die Bettwäsche scheint einen hohen Polyesteranteil zu haben, weshalb es bei den aktuellen Temperaturen sehr warm macht.
