1-مساحه الغرف ضيقه جدا لدرجه لايوجد مكان تضع فيه شنطه السفر واضطررت لوضعها على الارض
2-نظام التكييف سئ جدا ويعمل اما بارد جدا او ساخن جدا ومفتاح التحكم بدرجه البروده للتكييف لايعمل لكي تستطيع معايره البروده وتم تبديل الغرفه بطلب مني ولكن وجدت كل شي كما في الغرفه الاولى من مساحه ونظام تكييف سيئين
3-مراتب السراير والمخدات غير لائقين لوجودهما بفندق خاصه المراتب قاسيين وتسبب الام بالظهر وعدم راحه في النوم

Unwelcoming staff
My request was approved but not provided when I asked they told me that this is booking .com reply not from the hotel though I got an email
We were asked to pay for our 6 yrs old child for breakfast 😳although the room was breakfast included,so how now I should pay when I was booking it was clear 2adults and a 6 yrs old
So please mention clearly that the breakfast is only for adults
Although breakfast is very poor every day the same food no variety only nodules n chicken n eggs
