Pros:

Exceptional stay.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Everything was perfect: the room, cleanliness, comfort, location, and hospitality. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Schönes Hotel, jedoch nicht im Stadtzentrum.
Pros:

Schönes, renoviertes Gebäude. Straßenbahn war in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück. Restaurant vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Hotelparkplatz war nicht im Hotelpreis enthalten. Unser Zimmer war direkt am Hoteleingang. Hotel lag nicht im Stadtzentrum.

If you want a hotel away from central this is the place
Pros:

Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable hotel
Only a 40 min walk to the centre, there were a couple of trams you could get but we walked everywhere. Also a large shopping centre about a 40 min walk too

Cons:

Nothing liked it all

Charming hotel on the edge of Krakow
Pros:

Very friendly and super helpful staff - lovely and historic, charming hotel in a nice location near to a park.

Cons:

The only drawback was its proximity to a noisy main road.
