Udany pobyt, kameralny hotel, polecam hotel znajomym.
Pros:

Wystrój hotelu, czystość, klimat historyczny, otoczenie hotelu, jak na ilość pokoi hotelowych- duża restauracja. Cena parkingu przystępna w porównaniu z innymi hotelami w Polsce. Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji.

Cons:

Może przydałaby się jeszcze z rana godzina ciszy przed rozpoczęciem sprzątania, byłoby bardziej komfortowo spędzać czas, szczególnie gdy podróżuje się służbowo i z daleka.

Enjoyable, convenient, safe and comfortable
Pros:

We enjoyed five nights in this hotel. We liked the location close to a little park and not far from the tram station, sufficient parking space (if there is no event taking place of course). The rooms were of decent size, bathrooms too, with bath tub. Clean and tidy, room service every day. Water supply very good with sufficient hot water. Enough sockets in the bathroom accommodating various plug types. Very good light in the bathroom! Wallbox for charging e-cars. Breakfast mostly of very good quality and selection, very nicely arranged. Full-automatic coffee drinks machine (Tchibo) with good cappuccino. Staff very friendly, supportive and attentive. Thank you very much for your efforts taken.

Cons:

Not much and of course from a pure personal perspective: The mattresses are ok but could be more comfy and less noisy (the divan base seems a bit too old or worn out). No hooks for clothes on the walls or in the bathroom. Shower head a disgrace, water flow is strangulated to such a degree that it almost does not fit the purpose anymore - really a pity. More so as the water flow at the taps is immaculate. I was not that so happy to notice that the single charging point (a slow 11kw only) was also frequently used by non-hotel guests but neighbours - making use of the equipment might be plausible and sensible but as a paying guest of the hotel I would expect to enjoy a kind of priority though. But perhaps that’s just my wrong expectation, couldn’t it be?

Een heerlijk hotel.
Pros:

Een heerlijke kamer op de begane grond wat erg prettig is als je een rollator hebt.
Het ontbijt en avondeten in de serre was erg prettig en heerlijk!
